you need to do research and even if that's all it prevented if it were a real vaccine then boys getting it would prevent them from giving the strain that causes cervical cancer to girls DUH! but as it is I'm not even sure it's fully effective and there's been a lot of horror stories like the op mentions

Sounds to me like they want to make the boys infertile too.

Why does anyone require poisons administered ?

This is optional not mandatory for girls or boys my daughter has not had it.

On the ad for it, it clearly specifies "Guardasil does NOT prevent cervical cancer".

The vaccine is not for cervical cancer it is for the HPV Virus which can cause cervical cancer in girls when they have sex from boys which have HPV virus.

I was still 'asleep' when my daughter was in High School & if I knew then what I know now I would never have allowed her to get the shots!!!!

It prevents HPV, which is the LEADING cause of cervical cancer.

ALSO, in regard to others statements about why boys are getting it...it's not just so they won't pass it to females. Men infected with HPV are also a high risk for penile cancers and cancers of the anus. So, it's not *just* to prevent it for the girls.

OP, sorry to hear about your daughter, but you cannot conclude that the shot made her infertile or that she would not have been infertile REGARDLESS. That is pure speculation on your part.

I am of the age when they didn't have this shot when I would have been eligible to have gotten it (it's no longer effective to get the shot after age 27). Otherwise, trust me...I WOULD have gotten it!! Now, in my late 30's I am at a high risk for cervical cancer and have to get regular checks (more frequent than those who do not have it) because I have HPV. And no, I didn't get it from "whoring around." My husband didn't know he had it before we got married and gave it to me.

That being said, if I ever have any abnormal cultures, then more drastic measures need to be taken (I need to have my uterus frozen, scraped, etc...which, if I were child-bearing age, absolutely WOULD put me at risk for infertility!!) just to prevent the possibility of cancer further developing. And if it DOES develop...then fertility will be the least of your concerns. But you can say goodbye to that as well.

Just sayin, people.

They won't be sticking their cancer vaccine in my son. He be at home the day they do the needles at school. What alot of people do not understand is what they are being injected with is actually causing the cancers long term. Human body is not designed to receive vaccines, they are a total lie. Screw our government, they can go fuck themselves.
