It's someone working out to a fitness tape, most of them have music laden with hip-hop.
Quoting: Mulehound thankfully my neighborhood isn't THAT close in proximity!no, I can't hear my neighbors music and certainly not at 6 a.m. when my neighbors aren't even stirring yet. Unless you're joking... I hear my neighbors music every morning at 6 am and they are at least a acre away.. But maybe its something else.
