It's someone working out to a fitness tape, most of them have music laden with hip-hop.

Unless you're joking... I hear my neighbors music every morning at 6 am and they are at least a acre away.. But maybe its something else. yeah, it's not music, and it doesn't go on long enuf for music, maybe I didn't make it clear that it is not rythmic in any way.
