AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH

been redeeming lawful money since o7 when I filled out a modified version of this affadavit. Ive not spent a night in jail and my mail is only catalogues.

Having said that you all should realize that as Jack Parsons once said, "freedom is a two edged sword, tempered with responsibility." Do you stand alone? Are you in charge of your calories? Are you in charge of your medicine? Are you at least very self sufficient? Are you a king/Queen in this reality? Do you dictate the terms of your reality simulation experience? If not you should forget this thread and get the fuck on the obama bus to camp fema. To stand on your own, you need to live on your own. No loans from the fed private banking cartel, no benefits from the govt. No unemployment (no its not insurance), no welfare food stamps etc. Unless you know a private individual willing to lend you money, you pay cash. Stay out of their banking system and their consumer way of life.

Bottom line. If you want to live free of all of that and could be down with swiss family robinson living if nessissary because it ensured your freedom and happiness, then cool.

If you are looking for a way to continue to live a consumer lifestyle with a loophole for taxes or whatever, your gonna lose. And pay. see my above comments about saying and writing one thing and obviously being another thing all together.

Delivery of Mail is a federal benefit .....

Delivery of Mail to a US ZIP code is a benefit as is using mail for commercial gain.

Yes, I have used it, hundreds of times, yes its legal, yes it costs 3 cents per letter.

I have friends who send all their Christmas cards this way, for about 2.00 total postage.

ZIP codes are military designators for the District of Columbia, they have no place in the Republic.

God given rights is only given if you are under god's protection. we have fallen, and that is why this is happening. Its just like ancient Israel..They fell from god's favor and were punished by having the Assyrians take their land...Now we are that land. This can all be changed by just asking for forgiveness. the more the defiant people get, the more cursed we will be. This is the key..by turning back to god we will be in his favor and will get our morals back.

I just had a lengthy debate with someone about natural rights. She was stating that rights are a notion invented by man. I was stating rights weren't invented by anyone; that they simply exist because we exist. Through the debate, I learned what natural rights really are. They are our natural biological functions and instincts. The instinct to find shelter, find food, freely associate with other people and form communities, think, express ourselves, claim property, believe in a thing, not believe in a thing -- the list is virtually infinite.

These are natural rights, also known as negative rights. They aren't given to us by anyone or anything. They simply exist. All nature has them as well. The mere existence of these rights however to not prevent anyone or anything from trampling them underfoot.

A bear, for instance, has a right to find a cave and use it for shelter. But if that bear's right to have the cave is challenged by another wild animal that wants to use the cave, the right is disputed. The way nature handles the disputes of rights is violence.

Fortunately for humans, we can communicate with each other, and violence can be avoided.

Nice Thread and good work everyone. Redeeming lawful money is essential to taking back ones freedom, exiting the system and removing oneself from the Corporations Jurisdiction. Good record keeping is a must and doing it with a misc. filing in an article III court is the best way to get your Affidavit on the record. There are others, but I find this to be the best and leaves little doubt as to your intentions. sk formerly Rken. Creator endowed rights are self-evident. No papers needed. That being the case, the only thing the Democracy needs is your STANDING on the record.

That is the purpose of an Article III court filing. They have a re-cognisable re-cord that you cannot and will not be re-venued from the Republic (standing on the land) to the Democracy (floating on the commercial Sea) without a valid contractual agreement.

You will need to brush up on legal definitions, in short, you need to study TRUSTS and Contracts, remember, contracts can be verbal. When I posted "how, exactly have we volunteered."

Think about the words they use like "Name" "address" "US Citizen" pay attention to all Capitol letters in any written law, every cama, period even italics give words legal meanings, as do words inside boxes. You must learn to speak legalize or at least know the rules of it.

I agree no papers are needed to prove who we are, we always were and are. I have some questions. Our Constitutional Rights were never really waived since it was done through deception and trickery so doesn't that in turn make all this legal wording(trickery) of the democracy null and void? The law of the Land should be the only law Americans are bound to, is that correct?
