[ link to www.phillynews...] All city employees forced to take a drastic wage cut to minimum wage. Now at poverty level, firefighters, cops, ect. now qualify for food stamps. Also, 2 more cities in Ca. are also broke. this is terrible news meanwhile, on LI, NY Cops are making six figures [ link to longisland.newsday.com]
