[ link to www.forbes.com] I am amazed?! ....Snip ..Amidst all the cries of Barack Obama being the most prolific big government spender the nation has ever suffered, Marketwatch is reporting that our president has actually been tighter with a buck than any United States president since Dwight D. Eisenhower.... That's some pretty skewed logic concerning the articles title. His budgets spent 14.27 trillion dollars over four years. More than any President EVER!! The author's criteria was growth of the budget? Doesn't really matter does it as the spending level is far too high and unsustainable. And then you have too look at the aspect that Bush was essentially a wartime President his last term. Obama spent more money and didn't really invade anything. Well except for bombing the hell out of Libya for what reasons I do not understand. Seems like we did it because the French and Italians wanted to.
