Cain is never mentioned in the lineage of Adam and it is not beyond the realm of possibility that Cain was NOT Adam's son but a son of the Fallen ones. You could argue then that it was out of jealousy of Able's uncorrupted blood that he killed him because God favored mankind's bloodline over that of the angels'.

I get confused cause adam and eve had cain and able and then they were a family and so mankind came from them, right. sooooooo. Then I find out there was some daughters, and they messed around with some dudes from "the land of nod".

The Cain and Abel story goes back to an earlier(like 2000 years earlier) Sumerian story. In the Sumerian story, the farmer(Cain) is preferred by the gods for his vegetables and grain offering over the shepherd's(Abel) offering of meat. The Sumerians were mostly farmers, and so the gods were seen as favoring farmers. When the Hebrews got the story, they turned it around and had God favoring Abel, which enraged Cain so he slew his brother Abel. The Hebrews were mountain herders and played fast and loose with the older stories, like the flood, and put a moral bias in which wasn't in the original Sumerian stories. To read the originals check out the work of Zechariah Sitchin. The books are easy to find in paperbacks.

OP, there is very little truth in ANYTHING from the mouth or mind of a bible person.

This is because the bible is false by design. There is no way to base a logical argument or historical study on something so riddles with fallacy.

Here is a link to the Sumerian story that the Hebrews changed to make the Cain/Abel story. Note that the Sumerians were farmers, so the god Enlil(highest ruler of Earth on Earth) favored the farmer(Cain/Emesh) against his brother(Enten/Abel)
Also note there is no violence in the Sumerian story, with the two brothers reconciled. The Sumerian story predates the Bible by 2000 years at least.

1) Eve is the mother of all living

2) Cain had a wife

3) Cain's wife wasn't his mother

4) Ergo.....Cain married his sister (the daughter of his mother)

5) Same with Seth (Adam's 3d son). Seth also married one of his sisters.

Cain murdered Abel. Thus God cast Cain out into the world away from his people. NOTICE: God did not kill Cain rather reserved him unto the day of judgment just like anyone else.

Cain's progeny became all those opposed to God's people.

Cain's people - the daughters of men - married into God's people - Sons of God - to produce a problem the Bible describes in an old Hebrew word: nephylm, meaning giants who were fallen. They were not God's people yet caused a large problem for God's people. Today this would be the Rockefellers (claiming to be a Baptist). Satan and his angels can not breed with humans, as some believe. (see: Matthew Henry Bible Commentary, who understood this well)
