We ALL have both male and female aspects and we must learn to embrace them both.

I'm not talking about going all gay or anything...

But for example some guys have a strong nurturing and sypathetic side, normally associated with Woman and some woman have strong strong forcefull business sides normally associated with men. My examples could be better of course.

We each have both and it's important not to reject either in order to become a more whole person.
