If you don't have a faraday cage, you can take your jumper cables, attach one end to your car and the other end to a solid ground.

If your cars outer frame is metal, it will protect the car and anything inside the trunk or engine bay.

It is not guaranteed but it is a chance to save vital electronics and possibly the functionality of the car.

I've seen and read that a cars tires is the reason you are actually safe from lighting strikes in your car. Now wouldn't this also keep it safe from a EMP/CME?

If anyone can remember the last time we got hit directly by s lde cme(Long duration event - Coronal mass ejection) please reply to my post. This should be very interesting! I don't think anything big will happen but some things are unpredictable.

You are safe from lightening because it conducts around you and into the ground. The lightening is such a high voltage that it will arc right past the tires easily. the vehicles shell is just a conductor that bypasses the passengers from electrocution.

But induction from magnetic flux isn't a high enough voltage to arc past the tires. In this case you NEED to ground the metal shell to make it a shield against electronic induction.

Same with tin foil hats (lol). They only magnify the signals unless the wearer has it grounded.

Throw equal amounts of positive power at it. Which is FAR beyond our technology atm.

Last night I had a dream that a huge sun flare hit the northern part of south america and that basically everything became fried.

YES it did at least once since satellites have been watching about a month ago, (J0479 had a "time reverses" ytube video about some woman claiming time ran backwards because her clocks were off about the same time which did make me consider briefly maybe time had slipped, but no corroborating evidence elsewhere), and as usual "scientists were surprised/confused/dumbfounded......." just like they were when the magnetospause briefly flipped several months ago (cosmic blast?). Keep in mind you can't call it "doom" when the high tech space observations are only a decade or so old, that data has to be correlated with proven records on earth like tree growth rings, ice core samples, sedimentary records, etc. Keep in mind some people insist this solar max is 65% weaker than expected, if there is one big scary thing here, it's how much these satellite observations are proving scientists and theories wrong.

Mine are about water doom too (not sun, but high wind in the dark is another), but it could be symbolic metaphor of other problems, then again in 40 years I've seen 5 "100 year" floods, 1 "350" and "500" year flood each, which left me convinved the standards the highway dept. use are BS, they just build bridges too small so they can flood out neigthborhoods and buyout damaged homeowners for more urban renewal/greenspace/Agenda 21.

It is easy for me to use the iSWA Cygnet Streamer to see it occurring at approximately the rumored time of 10:00 GMT on the 14th but I can't look at it and tell if it is going to last seconds, minutes, or hours.

From the looks of it it's more than seconds...

I don't think anything bad is going to happen but it seems like something that could be relatively unhealthy.
