Inappropriate laughter during a serious discussion is a sign of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
Give John Moore a break for pity sakes. The man did serve in Vietnam. He might still have lingering PTSD.
As for the poster...how many of you sell stuff on eBay? Mr. Moore is a semi-celebrity. So, he sells posters, and dvd's, and other shit.
