Don't forget the money for welfare is coming out of the Social Security Bank...
Also, now that moms collecting welfare don't have to work, or seek work now.., which WILL result in lower unemployment numbers its now @ 8.3 %..except it to drop like a rock in a month or two just before election..
By then people will forget this, and He can say "that he bought down unemployment from 8.3%-->6.0% or lower?
