Kuril Islands next possible area to have a big quake?

any thoughts from fellow quaketards?

We haven't seen too many 6m+ lately so this was just my best guess for the next possible big quake area.

I think this swarm originally started after the japan 9.0 aftershocks pretty much stopped... Stress transferred over to this area maybe?

I guess i should've reworded the thread title as a prediction, maybe then i'd have people hoppin at the opportunity to shoot the prediction down as a non-event.

maybe so. it's boring. threads predicting earthquakes with question marks. they ALL fail. What are you looking for? someone to tell you that you will be the only person on this sight to ever correctly predict a freakin earthquake? eventually there will be a big earthquake. nobody knows when or where. get over it. this thread sucks ass. have a nice day.

Year of the Water Dragon, which Japan is on the back of, means
that Japan will be rocked by massive quake/tsunami and cease
to exist as a functioning state.
Wonder where all the radioactive fallout is going?
California, which is also on the Dragon's back
and will cease to exist in 2012!

if you have nothing usefull to add, why bother posting? i'm not looking for any kind of recognition... who cares if i get noticed on a freakin forum dude. I'm just giving my input on what i think, don't like it? then stfu. Anyways... since i last posted there have been 11 EQ's 4.5+. This is definitely something to keep an eye on.
