yep and heres another story like that...
there was a doctor in Charleston SC who had a river property.
out on his dock he would put crab traps out to catch crabs. The trap has a central bait well, usually you dump fish heads in there.
this guys put a deformed amputated baby leg in there. and other baby parts.
