I keep the Sabbath, but Ellen White is a murdering false prophet

I keep the 7th day sabbath. But I am not a Seventh Day Adventist. I think it is a cult and probably controlled by the catholic church for the most part. Few SDA churches ever talk about what is going on in government. I talked to members of a few and half of them voted Obama last election. Almost all SDA churches are 501c entities. We are never to get permits or licenses from the government to preach God’s word because government has no authority to tell man whether they can or cannot preach God’s word.

Not to mention, Ellen White had a failed prophecy about the end times, even though she should have known from reading the Bible that these events were not going to happen in her lifetime because certain things hadn’t taken place yet.

Mrs. White and her followers claim that she had the “spirit of prophecy” from December 1844, to the end of her life, August 1915, seventy-one years. The deadly wound wasn’t healed until 1929 when the Lateran Treaty was signed. Also Israel wasn’t made a nation again yet. There were many unfulfilled events of the Bible still yet to occur. So it was very PREMATURE to make such statements.

“I was shown the company present at the Conference. Said the angel: Some food for worms, some subject to the last plagues, some will be alive and remain upon the earth to be translated at the coming of Jesus .” (Vol.1, p.131).

NOTE: This statement was made in 1856

and every one present in that meeting is now dead . Obviously, this was a false prophecy. Some SDA’s, in trying to extricate themselves from the dilemma of this false statement, have argued that had God’s people been faithful the Lord would have come long ago. But this excuse will not hold water, because God knew ahead of time what would happen. And Mrs. White made no conditions for the fulfillment of her prophecy. Her statement is plain and to the point.

At this time, the beast of Revelation 13 had not had its “deadly wound healed”. That didn’t happen until 1929 with the signing of the Lateran Treaty which made the Vatican a sovereign country. There was still plenty of OTHER prophecies to be fulfilled. Ellen White, if she was a prophet, had no excuse for getting this wrong. She flat out LIED.

Also she wrote in the Testimonies that people should not use quinine, which is a NATURAL substance that GOD made. And it can save people from dying of malaria. And Ellen White’s own son reported about going to a SDA mission and was told a father refused to give his child quinine because White told him not to, even though everyone around him said it would cure his son. And he said he refused to give it because of the testimonies of Mrs White.


“Mercury, calomel, and quinine have brought their amount of wretchedness, which the day of God alone will fully reveal.” Spiritual Gifts, Vol. 4A, p. 139

Sadly, some Adventists took her seriously and forbid those who were suffering from Malaria from using quinine. Her son W.C. White wrote the following in a letter:


“One time while we were in Australia, a brother who had been acting as a missionary in the islands, told mother of the sickness and death of his first-born son. He was seriously afflicted with malaria, and his father was advised to give him quinine, but in view of the counsel in the testimonies to avoid the use of quinine he refused to administer it, and his son died.” (–W. C. White letter, September 10, 1935)



To me, she is a murdering false prophet.

The devil uses Ellen White to discredit the Seventh Day Adventists. And since most people associate sabbath keepers with SDA, it discredits keeping the sabbath, because most people find an error of White and realize she is a false prophet (prophets in the bible have to be 100% correct), and wind up throwing out the baby (the Sabbath) with the bathwater (false teachings of Ellen White).

The Sabbath is an important commandment because it is the one commandment which actually identitfies who God is. No other commandment can you learn about who God is. The Sabbath commandment speaks of the God who created everything in 6 days and rested the seventh.

And even logic should tell you these Sunday churches are harlots.

Who rests the first day? You haven’t done anything, so why are you resting? That sounds like a sluggard and a slothful lazy person.

It makes more sense to rest the LAST day after a week of activity.

Also the 7th day is the only sanctified day in the bible. So why get together and worship God on Sunday which isn’t sanctified? Why not worship a Holy God on a sanctified day?

Logic also tells you the devil does the OPPOSITE of God. God teaches a love for good., Devil wants you to love evil. A person who wears an upside down cross is considered rebellious and offensive to christians.

The Sabbath is the LAST day of the week. Sunday is the FIRST day of the week. Sunday is the OPPOSITE of the sabbath.

The the 7th day sabbath is the one commendment which identifies who God is and is what makes the other 9 commandments relevant. Because if you don’t believe the God of the Bible made everything in six days and rested the 7th, then what good is the rest of the Bible? If He is not the Creator, why care about the other 9 commandments?



And while “Sunday christians” will say things like “We don’t have to keep any particular day” why do they pick Sunday? Why pick the one day that is the complete opposite of the God given Sabbath?
