| Anonymous Coward User ID: 12339688 07/14/2012 06:03 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | How interesting since I've started to have a strange and rather irritating head ache along with drowsiness for the last hours. Plus the weather went all weird in Russia. Yet so far I have to notice any grid flicker, increased lighting activity, or mood swings. Let's wait and see what happens tomorrow. Quoting: Snuffielover Last night my Dad told a story about how he tricked his friend into believing they had eaten bad hot dogs and the guy got sick and threw up. Power of suggestion. Nothing will happen tomorrow when people realize this stuff is BS. |

Hell if I let the sun kill my $500 RC radio lol. :) Quoting: TheBringerOfChange Microwave oven works as faraday cage only for magnetron frequencies 900 Mhz - 2.5 GHz depending on the model. It provides no safe protection for sudden electromagnetic shocks. Only full metal box will work as faraday cage but is has to be very thick made of lead to protect x-ray shocks, too, just say goodbye to your RC radio :-) |

Clearly you don't understand why People show a very active interest with Solar Events in general. Not all is about doom. There is no magnetic wild fluctuations ( swinging needle in the movies) but for sure I am reading 11 degrees of change with the needle reading from earlier. Anyone else notice a sudden change? Naysayers: check it yourself against true magnetic north.
