We are not on a flat plane. Space is 4d, somebody said that the cme will hit lower.

For clarification:

Just because you don't see auroras in the sky during daylight, please do not think that the CME is only hitting the European / Russian side of the planet. I've read where ( on other forums ) people think because the sun s up that the cme is missing the lit side of earth because the ejection only works at night to affect the earth.

Yes it's daylight, yes it can and will potentially affect the lit side of the planet at the same time.
