Like I've been saying for years now: Terrorist jaywalkers are going to destroy America from within.

This man wasn't tasered because he jaywalked. He jaywalked and was asked for identification so he could be written a ticket. He did break the law by jaywalking so he was required to show his ID. He then refuses to show ID and then it escalates and he then he even resists arrest. I was surprised at how long the cops let him fight them off.

The frequency of attention placed in Florida anymore is... well; unusually high. Especially all within a 30 mile radius of Sanford.

DHS had an "exercise" a few months back near Sanford (I believe in Lake County -- I forget where, just Google it)

We all know of the Zimmerman situation, which was in Sanford.

Now here in Casselberry again, close proximity to Sanford, a situation where we're being shown, you had better comply and show identification when 'instructed' to else you ass will get zapped.

Then of course the 'zombie' case(s? - I believe there was another wasn't there) in Florida. Hanging chads in Florida. Etc.

we have (as it stands).....alleged rights - but under this nationwide police "policy" - all law enforcement are being trained the same folks - for an eventual one world police.

if an officer asks/demands ID - thats it. doesnt matter why anymore. they dont have to provide you with a "statute/law" - they can search your vehicle w/o a warrant too....in essence, all the cops has to say is "i think theres something illegal in the car" - thats right. thats their probable cause. what THEY THINK.

probable cause is now defined as IF law enforcements "suspect" you of anything. they dont need proof.

he could have avoided the whole thing by showing the ID - (he had to've had it on him, bc miz thang told the female officer they just cashed their chex, so ID wouldve been required) - and both of them couldve been on their merry.

That guy exactly what he deserved. He was placed under arrest and resisted that arrest and refused to cooperate.

He pulled away from the police and had metal handcuffs on.

Good. I follow the law when walking in traffic. It's not about control, it's about freakin' safety. Follow the laws of the land.

The idiot deserved to get tasered for getting' lippy. This is one case that I am on the side of the police. Drivers and pedestrians are always at risk when people disregard a simple law. I see it all the time.

However, using a taser on handicapped, mentally impaired, elderly, and/or pregnant women in general is totally asinine of any policeman.

In fact, while I viewed the video the possibility of the police using this incident for training purposes did, in fact, cross my mind. The officers involved showed admirable professionalism and restraint when dealing with two highly belligerant subjects, and I salute them! I only wish the female subject had been pepper sprayed.
