I call BS on this! It costs $1.98 a gallon!!! FOR CITY WATER! Shit I can buy it from the store for cheaper.

sad thing in arkansas it is sold to municipalities for 1.98 per 1000 gallons and then they turn around and charge more and tack on more fees.
