First thing to remember is that sex is for making babies so I think you are after something else .... love is what most are looking for .... sex is the closest thing to Love so that is why people get addicted to sex but spending your Essence makes you grow old very fast and uses up your life force. Find where inside of you is the source of Love and then you will never have a 'need ' for someone from outside of yourself. People who can retain the essence have a certain quality that draws others to them and they live much longer lives.
