But, I'd be checking the peep-hole first before I ever opened the door. Quoting: Cybermerc Either way it's the cops fault for not announcing who they were. Criminal charges should be filed. There's no need to answer the door at 1:30 a.m. There are a lot of murders, burglaries, home invasions that happen at that time because for some reason people feel they are required to get up out of bed and answer the door. It's probably not a good idea to do that. If someone is coming over, they can call first. |

Quoting: psyoptics if he had a TV remote in his hand....dead a dark colored dish towel....dead. his wallet...dead we here in NYC we as in we the people are still paying off the settlement for that shooting. or now what really could have happened, his cell phone...still dead. and the most likely. stumbled to the door opened it looks just not right to these unlawful officers....still dead. the chances of that man making it alive that night would have been about 5%. just think, think hard. i had a thread not to long ago where cops were up on charges for breaking into a house...the wrong house and pointing a gun at a 11 year old holding here down on the ground at the same time. now the why...how...just wow. oh and this girl was sound asleep when the busted into her room. so these thugs have simply lost all morals. Sometimes they shoot you in bed because you sat up so suddenly you startled them. This guy was on the way to being dead the minute the police decided he was the murder suspect. There was no way this was going to turn out right. |
