Obama is intentionally pandering to the 99%, the so-called 'have-nots'. The crowd attending this speach were agreeing with his every remark, just like a church service. Amen Brother. Praise the Lord (government).

I don't think Obama is stupid enough to believe his own propaganda but he is smart enought to know this idea is popular among the losers and will get him their votes.
