Almost all of the big pharma drugs are harmful to your health. And they are intended to be.
The best thing for ADD is to eat healthy. The junk food and soda are causing so many mental health problems.
Meth, speed,dex, adderall all will kill you over time.
The medical profession needs a serious over haul.

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 23105181 Amen to this! The horrible Western diet is slowly but surely killing us. Get a fish oil supplement with high DHA. A good b complex. 8000 to 10000 iu of vitamin d. A good Multi vitamin. There you go...you are on your way. I'd also like to add that probiotics can be a tremendous help. If your intestinal bacteria is out of whack it can most definitely wreak havoc on your mind. Good luck!
