Can't agree more, was on a bunch of those meds for my big pharma manufactured illness "ADHD" and they either didn't help me or gave me odd side effects like wanting to constantly do something productive, I kept cleaning and organizing the house because it felt like "the right thing to do", my mom was joking that they should have kept me on it longer, LOL

You really shouldn't take that stuff, there are too many ways to deal with stress than take that poison.
