I have been making (stuffing tubes) my own smokes for 8 years, and the tax has forced me to go to a pipe tobacco cut which is harder to stuff. I cam currently looking at growing tobacco next year.

tobacco by itself will NOT cause cancer. they use phosphate fertilizers for tobacco. phosphate fertilizers contain uranium, fluoride, and cadmium. these elements accumulate in tobacco. smoking any radioactive plant will give you cancer.

If you get caught growing your own tobacco, you will go to jail. I believe the charge they use is tax evasion.

Boyyy I can tell the difference with the big brands too...they taste 20x more harsh to me...and yes the cost is easily twice as much...all taxes.

Nah...there's some approved amount of tobacco you are "Allowed" to grow...but it's a real bitch...won't grow everywhere and even picking it can make you sick if you don't use gloves...so you know there is going to be some hazard if you live in a fairly populated area there...and it's a bitch to "cure" it properly too...it could be done, but it's not easy at all.

I grew a small crop about 3 years ago and the only problem i had with it was the drying,you have ta keep it at or below 70% humidity and heat or it will mold.

I strung up some wire in my green-house and feed it on the wire but couldnt control the 70/70 so my baccy went bad with mold.

Took me a while ta learn the seeding as well,baccy seeds lay on the top of soil and you have ta keep the bottom seed pots warm and top covered(dark) for them ta sprout.

Its a big pain in the ass!
I was gonna try and grow about an acre but whats the point when i dont have a proper way of controlin the dryin?

So when I posted that thread, nothing came up when I put the title in the subject line.

As you can see I found the error later and never once bumped the thread nor replied to it because for some reason it showed up at the bottom after the fact.


I try not to post double threads..I really do.

It took 15 seconds out of my day to click on your profile, open a random thread of yours, and see the related thread linked at the bottom of the page.
