Yes it is a glimpse of the future. It's a flash forward scene and I'm sure we will see a few more of those during season 5. Walt has hair and it's his 52nd birthday and we know that he's just about to turn 51 in season 5 in the fourth episode which is named "fifty one". I just wonder what went so wrong that he had to purchase an M60. Something really bad must've happened.

I watched all 4 years over the past 2 weeks on Netflick. Damn. I have no cable. I have to wait for Netflick to come out with season 5.

Wow, Sons of Anarchy is the biggest piece of shit I have ever seen, I don;t know how you can compare it to something like Breaking Bad...

Walking Dead looks too boring to even watch, Dexter looks boring, True Blood is completely stupid and boring, Game of Thrones is REALLY boring, Boardwalk Empire is boring and has been panned by critics because it's so boring, Sons of Anarchy may have some interesting elements, I haven't seen it, saw one episode of Justified and it was boring. Never saw Deadwood but it looked boring, though I could be wrong. All the shows on USA and FX are typically boring. Everything on CBS is crap.

The Killing was a great show in its two seasons, hope it gets renewed.

NY Med, Masterchef and to a much lesser degree, Shark Tank, are the only good shows on the networks.

Modern Family is completely stupid.

BIO network and Nat Geo have some decent entertainment.

Season 5 is the last season and yes, it has started. We're two episodes in so far. And yeah you're right. Breaking Bad just gets better and better while other shows starts off good but decline in quality. Each new season of Breaking Bad has been better than the previous one and season 5 looks really good so far and will DEFINITELY beat season 4 even if season 4 was really, really f-ing good!

Finished Season 3, starting Season 4. Wow...great show. Excellent writers. Great character development. As close to reality as one would expect if it were real.

Walt becomes the antagonist.

Jesse becomes the protagonist.

Dish Tv dropped AMC! So I no longer have Breaking Bad, Walking Dead, The killing!

I am so upset but am under contract with Dish so nothing I can do about it. Dish has some legal dispute with AMC apparently over an entirely different issue.

Not sure how I will catch up. Guess wait for it to come out on Netflix.

Just finished the third episode of season 5. Really great to see Walt and Jesse cooking again and they actually came up with a great plan on how to cook again moving from house to house with a pest control company as a front. Really clever!

I rank the first three episodes of season 5 like this:

Live Free or Die: 8/10
Madrigal: 9/10
Hazard Pay: 8.5/10

I just hate to wait for a new episode every week. It seems like an eternity. And we only have 5 more episodes to go before the first half of season 5 ends and we have to wait like 10 months for the other half to air. Really weak move from AMC. It's all about the money I guess.

I think Breaking Bad is worse then any season before this one. For some reason they have to put more boring scenes in with the women and it's a waste of time. Boring last night, and I hope they don't ruin it with to many useless wives scenes. Too many shows get ruined when this happens. Stupidest scene last night.......... " shut up, shut up, shut up, shut up, etc etc etc blah blah blah. And right after that i had to watch the same one that couldnt shut up sit in the house and be BORINGLY nosey. I hope she gets killed off. Actually, I was hoping she got killed off last night.

yeah the lead guy has had a terminal illness for five years now and looks like he could compete in the olympic decathalon. if it was real he would jave made bank and croaked off in season two

It's not in real time so NO he hasn't had cancer for 5 years on the show, only a few months.

The pilot showed him turning 50, next episode he turns 51 so this has been a year long span in 5 seasons.
