A friend had a vision there would be a 4.5 magnitude quake on july 18th in Tokyo followed by a catastrophic disaster on 19th. It is the 18th today.

I am assuming the 4.5 quake is the foreshock.

Well, there was this one:

[link to www.jma.go.jp]

But that was off of Chiba..and only 3.8. I would think that a foreshock would have to be a little bigger than 4.5... Definitely above mag 5 inside Tokyo Bay could be a foreshock but a 4.5 wouldn't really do much or get me off the couch haha.

Just found something important! Please pin this thread!

Britton LaRoche predicts the next Tokai quake (near Tokyo) for 19th July. He predicts quakes using information from eclipses.
See his comment at 12:37pm on 10th July:

2. cliff high

I think there's something in the news about them removing fuel rods at Fukushima right now.

Not out of the realm of possibilities for there to be an accident during a minor quake.

Here's more info from Twitter.

@W7VOA
‪#TEPCO‬ for 1st time since 3/11/11 removes some nuclear material from crippled ‪#Fukushima‬-1 plant. (Fuel rod extracted at No. 4 reactor).

Unused assembly in Reactor No. 4 spent fuel pool. RT @janus303: Reactor or cooling pond? ‪#Fukushima

Kyodo: ‪#Japan‬ ‪#nuclear‬ safety agency to order reinvestigation on quake faults beneath Oi, Shika plants.

The quake would have to occur in Fukushima, not Tokyo. This thread is about Tokyo. Fukushima wouldn't feel a 4.5 earthquake that struck in Tokyo.

My friend who was with me said "It will occur here". Whether that meant Tokyo or Japan I'm not 100% sure. But he said a 4.5 would occur and he said the following day when the quake hits it will be in the afternoon.

We are getting a shinkansen from tokyo to kyushu tomorrow leaving tokyo at 6am. I am taking a chance it won't hit us before then and hopefully not while we are on the shinkansen!! (bullet train)

Technically, Bonin Islands are a part of Tokyo, but they are pretty far away I think. Strangely, the earthquake does not show on the JMA website.
