God created Lucifer who chose to sin. We all have that choice. Who else is evil, the police, the judges? All law and order? Maybe instead it is You who want lawlessness - evil.
God is loving and justice.

You speed..you get a fine..you steal..you get a bigger fine and locked away for a bit..you kill..you get locked away for a fair while.. But Gods justice system is the opposite..
You steal..you get tortured forever without mercy..No you dont. You lose eternity on the new earth choosing the fire and destroyed with the old earth.
