Something I've come to understand is that every person is on a 'level' or 'frequency'. Someone who is a lower level is more materialistic, possesive, concerned only with themselves and could be labled as a follower. The higher levels I believe are people who are selfless and aware of the mind/body/physical/spirit relationship. I think relizing this has given me so much greater patience and understanding of not only other people but myself.

Now I believe no level is 'better' or 'more good' than any other, however; I've found that being on a higher level and even EXPLAINING something to someone who is on a lower level, just doesn't compute with them- no matter how clear or simple you could make the message.

I've even found I can sense peoples "levels". I hate the fact I'm judging someone before I know them... but I've met some 'good' people who have helped out in charities ran fundraisers, only for me to get that vibe to not like them as soon as I've met them. But every time I've found out why I've had that vibe, and I'm glad I listened to my higherself.

This resonated very strongly with me! :) I feel like you definitely understand a lot of the vibrational shift in energy stuff...its like this unexplainable sensation/understanding that you can immediately connect with people who have like minds, or feel turned away or put-off by those who might not resonate at the same level of understanding....I totally get what you are saying and definitely agree!! There are so many different dynamics coming into play! THe cool thing is when you can physically start feeling and connecting to some of these energies - maybe not those of people around you but of other natural objects that have energetic fields!

I made this pretty big discovery the other week, the forumula for mind/body/soul isn't mind + body + Spirit = you

It's Mind = Body = Spirit = You
In other words, each directly affects the other.
I find that as soon as I work on that phycical component by exerciseing and eating healthy I can really start to feel different energy fields. My emotions start to come from where I am and who I'm with. However it really feels like a double edged sword at the moment. If I eat junk/don't exercise or I'm in a shopping centre with all flourescent lights my mind becomes really hazy. Does that feel similar with you?

Do you think there may be way of filtering out these energies, because it realy feels like a battle and just sucks to have my mood/energy ruined by a negative peson, or have my mind hazy from being in an artificial place.

Maybe it's just a matter of becoming more healthier with my body, it might create some sort of filter/shield, in the exact way it does for sickness. However I'm not too certain as I've never been as fit as I'd like to be, slowly making the journey though! : )

I'm actually going to be moving to a huge cattle station soon. Living a cowboy or "jackaroo" lifstyle. within the a month! Will do me real good I think! I'm still young! need to experience all different lifestyles while I can.

Loved your quote about mind-body-spirit, and I completely agree! All have very deep inner connections to each other! For me, cleaning up my health has made huge changes, especially environmental changes - ie. exposure to radiation, electromagnetic fields, etc. as all this is energy (bad energies) that can have a detrimental effect on our health...and mental health...as they are all innerconnected. I try to stay grounded as much as possible!

lol I think many on here have...sometimes I even question things that cross my mind, but I try to stay sane for the most part! Im what the people around here{the Midlands England} would call old school{i try to exude manners and respect at all times} although i don't all ways manage it.

I don't know what has been going on with my husband recently but he totaly switched.
He said that since I have been unemployment for some time and we don't have kids, we need to divorce. He put the emphasis on the jobless situation. Years ago,he had no problem with it as I do everything in the house even ironing etc..he is talking about how he need tofind himself but at the same time says he is tired that he pays the bills,he wants to sell our house and split.
It's not another woman, he said he hates his life.
Me on the other hand,I stuck with him even when the times were hard, I have ideas about how to save money etc...

I have been looking for employment and it's hard.I have diplomas and speak languages.
