now just to show what kind of seamanship the US used here.
after blowing this little UNARMED ship to pieces they just left the scene.
as per the witnesses the US vessel opened fired without warning killed 1 and wounded several then just steamed off. leaving the innocent wounded to fend for them selves.

"We had no warning at all from the ship, we were speeding up to try and go around them and then suddenly we got fired at," 28-year-old Muthu Muniraj said from hospital, his legs punctured by the rounds of the US craft's .50-caliber gun.

"We know warning signs and sounds and there were none; it was very sudden. My friend was killed, he's gone. I don't understand what happened," he said on Tuesday.

After firing on the fishing boat, the US ship sailed away without stopping to help, the fishermen said. They had to call for help themselves.

I'm guessing the airport has a contract with a certain bus company. As for the rest, it's a matter of having someone on the ground to watch how the scheduling, etc works at the airport. Its not necessarily trivial, but it wouldn't need a professional to do it.

Actually sourcing explosives and delivering them is a different thing altogether, and I'm obviously not going to post how I personally would do it on a public forum, but there are ways.
