I ask this because a little while back i had the worst experience ever, I was in a blackout, I had no electricity, Which meaned i had no tv to stay up to date with the world, the news, politics and weather also no internet which was the worst, the internet was my aka "wife" and she was gone it was no more twitter or facebook or youtube or even GLP. I use to be a video game addict and since there was no power i couldn't play video games on my ps3, I had no cellphone to text my friends because it died, and the food was spoling to the point maggots started to grow and there was no 911, I could of got robbed, I could of got killed :( I mean being honest the first day, I survived, but when the second day came, thats when it hit me, I started to go insane, I was getting angry at everything for no reason and by the third day i didn't even feel human anymore. "I think it is better to test ourselves breaking away from all of these electronics we use in our day to day lives and see how long we can last without them finding other alternatives, Because i don't think i could of took another week of that, When the big solar flare goes off and put us back into the stone age, Humanity is going to become insanity, Just look at the world now how it depends so much on technology
Quoting: Divinityz No tv, no twitter, no news, no politics, no cell phone, no ps3...etc. If that is what you worry about OP, I don't think you have much of a chance at surviving; especially if you were going insane on day two. Humans survived without any of those things for a very very long time. Losing power is not the end of the world. Quoting: CatBTX Sure felt like that to me, I test myself though i've went a week so far without relying on technology, Its a improvement but not enough, I must go more days without technology
