It will kill the bacteria that is irritating the nerve (Cranial Nerve 5 Trigeminal). It'll buy you some time. Everyone should have this in their preps. 'Hurts like a son of a gun though. You'll give a yelp. Tooth decay is implicated in heart disease. Staph mutans is the culprit. Keep brushing when the collapse comes. We'll have few common natural tools. The other is soldier's plant (common plantain or Plantago major) [link to en.wikipedia.org] Stops bleeding and is a minor pain reliever. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1538104 This week I got. 250rd mega pack of 9mm, 20lbs of white rice, 20lbs of pinto beans, 3 cases of ramen noodles, 5 bottles of Mio energy. When buying rice ALWAYS try to find the source. Khinae is now making plastic white rice, looks like the real stuff but has no nutrition. You can educate the ignorant, but you can't fix stupid! |

I actually enjoy bean soups but I want to see all these A hole s with bucket of beans trying to figure out how to cook them Beans take a while to cook which means burning a lot fuel and I bet preppers don't think about that. When cooking beans to reduce cook time and improve taste soak them over night in water with salt and spices |

I walked slowly, but steady. Quoting: AC 1560850 It's not how far you walk, it's how long you walk. I'm going to try for 5 miles in August and increase the pack to 25 pounds. Walking four times a week. I disagree you need to be able to have a variety of training and Sprint, run, Walk/Run. and be able to do this up or downhill Think Zombies chasing you. Most militarys train this way they have run, heavy pack marches, walk/runs, Jog |

Night get some peppers cut up and keep the dehydrator going. As part of your prepping get yourself an inversion table to decompress your discs.
