SS there are great benefits to taking a cayenne pepper for external and internal bleeding

[link to www.herballegacy.com]

1. Stop Bleeding: A wound, external or internal, will stop bleeding if the individual will drink a cup of water (preferably hot) with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper (red pepper) stirred into it. The bleeding will stop generally by the time a person can count up to ten after drinking the cayenne tea. The cayenne equalizes the blood pressure from the top of the head to the feet. This keeps the pressure from the hemorrhage area so it will clot naturally, which it cannot do with heavy blood pressure pumping the blood rapidly at the hemorrhage area.

2. Nosebleeds: A teaspoon of cayenne in a cup of water (hot preferred) taken internally will stop most nosebleeds quickly. In an emergency such as this we use cayenne. As mentioned a teaspoon of cayenne pepper in a glass of water and drunk right down will stop a nosebleed in nearly every instance, by the time you can count to ten. This is not a miracle; it is the principle of the cell stimulant cayenne traveling through the entire blood stream and regulating the pressure so the pressure of the flow is the same in the feet as in the head or any other part of the body. This takes the heavy pressure off the hemorrhaging area and allowing a quick coagulation. [HHH p.110]

Re: X Marks the Spot
I got punched in the head. Cracked my right eye orbital socket. (I was pretty fucked up. There was more than just this one hit)

One night later, blood started flowing into my sinus cavity from the cracked orbital socket. Of course, my nose started bleeding, and blood was flowing down the back of my throat. There was no way to stop it as the place that was bleeding was inside my head.

So, my nose was full of gushing blood, and I was having to swallow a bunch of blood from it running down through my sinuses and down my throat. I went into the bathroom and sat on the edge of the bathtub trying to spit out as much blood as I could and let my nose bleed run into the bottom of the bath tub.

I was about to spew in technicolor, but didn't want to because I couldn't breath good. If I did any heavy breathing, the blood going down my throat would get pulled into my lungs. Which started to make me cough, which was making it worse.

I was being water-boarded with my own blood.
Not fucking fun at all. When I tried to plug my nose to stop the bleeding, I could feel my sinus cavity filling up, and more blood flow down my throat. I would try and suck the blood into my mouth so I could spit it out into the bath.

After about an hour and a half, the blood began clotting up in my sinuses. At that point, clumps of coagulating blood would unlodge from areas in my sinuses and drop down into my throat. I started gagging. The blood flowing from my nose was still flowing non-stop, so I couldn't breath through my nose at all. The blood was still flowing down my throat, but now there were clumps of it as well. Clumps so big I had to swallow them just so I could breath. When really big clumps came down, full fucking terrifying panic mode. I could not breath. I couldn't breath until I hacked up the clump or swallowed it.

About two or more hours later, I was feeling like heaving chunks because of all the blood I had been swallowing. I knew if I heaved, it was going to be trouble because I still couldn't breath through my nose, and I was worried about one of the clots getting lodged somewhere on the way up.

It totaled about 4 hours. The blood clots were getting so big by the end of it, that they couldn't push their way through the sinus cavity by themselves, so I was pulling it into my mouth same way you would a big snot ball. I was blowing them out through my nose as well, but I wanted to be real careful. I didn't want to break up the coagulating blood in my sinus cavity and start it all flowing again...which happened a number of times already.

The bathtub looked like something was slaughtered in it.

Worst night of my life.

It ended up getting infected to. I had Cellulitis inside my head, which is normally only on body extremities. I had a group of doctors huddled around me because it was a medical rarity. They thought it may result in either brain damage or death.

I started recovering about 24 hours later, after they dumped as much anti-biotics etc into my body as they could without causing damage. Injection, after injection, after injection.

Two guys and a chick. The two guys jumped me, and the chick was biting me all over. Had to get checked for aids and all that good stuff too. I need to find the picture wifey took of me and post it.

I've got scars all over too. I've got...6 or 7 scars just on my face. Luckily, they aren't too noticeable as they are in locations that hide the scar. Eyebrow ridge, jaw-line, etc.

I was a rabble-rouser growing up. Didn't give a care if I got hurt or not. I hate it when weather fronts come through. All the bones that have been broken start aching.

It is also the place you decide what to do with it.

and about 3 times when the moment has arisen consciously
it is a steering mechanism i like because it possess a lot of feel to it and tailors the "velocity" of what is experienced to slower than i was used to
thus i experience much more
colors are richer
senses are more acute
emotional time spent in the experience greatly extended and enjoyment consequently greatly improved
all around a wonderful discovery you provided me with hugs

I often utilize the 'in between' to set up my construct. So steering is a really good way to look at it.

Whatever one chooses to do with it, can be decided here, then it becomes with exhale.

Pull hold push.

Once started, inhale/exhale self perpetuates the energy as in/out waves.

I would like to ask if anyone felt a change yesterday?

I felt myself start to rise, vibrate intensely, was in a pals house, tv was on and as I started to rise a song came on singing "I get knocked down but I get up again, your never gonna keep me down" it was very timely, and then the waves started to hit, was very nice, felt at one with everything, wanted to run off, go home to be alone so as to explore, but then that would have been rude, so quietly rode it out for a few hours, then went home prepared dinner and was wiped out, was asleep by 6.30pm.

Spirituality must be lived, not just studied. All the books in the world will NOT help us if we do not live what we learn.

"You can lead a person to knowledge, but You can't make them think"

"It is Balance That I seek"

"Somewhere beyond our ideas of right-doing and wrong-doing,
there is a Garden , The Balance. I’ll meet you there."

ENFJ-A " the Protagonist"

“The heart and mind must be brought into perfect equilibrium before true thinking or true spirituality can be attained. The highest function of the mind is reason; the highest function of the heart is intuition, a sensing process not necessitating the normal working of the mind.” ~Manly P. Hall
