Inhale, hold, exhale.

Perhaps 'hold' is what you are looking for...

The heart chakra does start pulsing at the 'hold'.

Hold also creates spin.

Exhale=waves.

Yesterday I saw you as a tiger.

I got punched in the head. Cracked my right eye orbital socket. (I was pretty fucked up. There was more than just this one hit)

One night later, blood started flowing into my sinus cavity from the cracked orbital socket. Of course, my nose started bleeding, and blood was flowing down the back of my throat. There was no way to stop it as the place that was bleeding was inside my head.

So, my nose was full of gushing blood, and I was having to swallow a bunch of blood from it running down through my sinuses and down my throat. I went into the bathroom and sat on the edge of the bathtub trying to spit out as much blood as I could and let my nose bleed run into the bottom of the bath tub.

I was about to spew in technicolor, but didn't want to because I couldn't breath good. If I did any heavy breathing, the blood going down my throat would get pulled into my lungs. Which started to make me cough, which was making it worse.

I was being water-boarded with my own blood. Not fucking fun at all. When I tried to plug my nose to stop the bleeding, I could feel my sinus cavity filling up, and more blood flow down my throat. I would try and suck the blood into my mouth so I could spit it out into the bath.

After about an hour and a half, the blood began clotting up in my sinuses. At that point, clumps of coagulating blood would unlodge from areas in my sinuses and drop down into my throat. I started gagging. The blood flowing from my nose was still flowing non-stop, so I couldn't breath through my nose at all. The blood was still flowing down my throat, but now there were clumps of it as well. Clumps so big I had to swallow them just so I could breath. When really big clumps came down, full fucking terrifying panic mode. I could not breath. I couldn't breath until I hacked up the clump or swallowed it.

About two or more hours later, I was feeling like heaving chunks because of all the blood I had been swallowing. I knew if I heaved, it was going to be trouble because I still couldn't breath through my nose, and I was worried about one of the clots getting lodged somewhere on the way up.

It totaled about 4 hours. The blood clots were getting so big by the end of it, that they couldn't push their way through the sinus cavity by themselves, so I was pulling it into my mouth same way you would a big snot ball. I was blowing them out through my nose as well, but I wanted to be real careful. I didn't want to break up the coagulating blood in my sinus cavity and start it all flowing again...which happened a number of times already.

The bathtub looked like something was slaughtered in it.

Worst night of my life.

It ended up getting infected to. I had Cellulitis inside my head, which is normally only on body extremities. I had a group of doctors huddled around me because it was a medical rarity. They thought it may result in either brain damage or death.

I started recovering about 24 hours later, after they dumped as much anti-biotics etc into my body as they could without causing damage. Injection, after injection, after injection.

It's kinda like 'the bridge' where I guess you could say one is 'charged' or the effect of the inhale is transmuted into the exhale waves.

It is also the place you decide what to do with it.

If that makes sense.
