I've had sleep issues for a long time, its not really a choice to stay awake. I enjoy the night, energetically its much more peaceful when the rest of the country is asleep. |

Trying too hard might be your problem as 'energy' does not enjoy being forced. It is a dance. The more gentle the deeper and richer the experience. If one attempts to pull too hard, I have found the energy reacts somewhat poorly and may leave for a while altogether. Do you meditate? Perhaps practiced focus on allowing thoughts to pass without observing may help. How do you stop a thought? What if your life/moral fiber depended on an immediate cessation of said? 3 seconds being 2 seconds too long. ... Difficulties strengthen the Mind as labor does the body... ~Seneca |

Another I would often see, was what looked like a teeny tiny, bright white hole. I called them 'white holes'. They would blink into existence for a split second then fade.
