Re: X Marks the Spot
There are many historical examples of human civilization undergoing large-scale transitions, such as the Industrial Revolution. The transition between Kardashev scale levels could potentially represent similarly dramatic periods of social upheaval, since they entail surpassing the hard limits of the resources available in a civilization's existing territory. A common speculation suggests that the transition from Type 0 to Type I might carry a strong risk of self-destruction since, in some scenarios, there would no longer be room for further expansion on the civilization's home planet, similar to a Malthusian catastrophe. Excessive use of energy without adequate disposal of heat, for example, could plausibly make the planet of a civilization approaching Type I unsuitable to the biology of the dominant life-forms and their food sources. If Earth is an example, then sea temperatures in excess of 35 °C would jeopardize marine life and make the cooling of mammals to temperatures suitable for their metabolism difficult if not impossible. Of course, these theoretical speculations may not become problems in reality due to evolution or the application of future engineering and technology. Also, by the time a civilization reaches Type I it may have colonized other planets or created O'Neill-type colonies, so the amount of waste heat could be distributed throughout the solar system.
 Quoting: observation

After World War II, mechanized agriculture produced a dramatic increase in productivity of agriculture and the so-called Green Revolution greatly increased crop yields, expanding the world's food supply while lowering food prices. In response, the growth rate of the world's population accelerated rapidly, resulting in predictions by Paul R. Ehrlich, Simon Hopkins, and many others of an imminent Malthusian catastrophe. However, populations of most developed countries grew slowly enough to be outpaced by gains in productivity.

By the early 21st century, many technologically developed countries had passed through the demographic transition, a complex social development encompassing a drop in total fertility rates in response to lower infant mortality, increased urbanization, and a wider availability of effective birth control, causing the demographic-economic paradox.

On the assumption that the demographic transition is now spreading from the developed countries to less developed countries, the United Nations Population Fund estimates that human population may peak in the late 21st century rather than continue to grow until it has exhausted available resources.

glimpse at the synergistic overview that drives humanities belief authority "without thought" since our discoveries in the late 1800`s and early 1900`s took hold of their sense. as in:
they acquired new things of scale to think about that never existed to think about because before there that era there was always somewhere else to discover to get what you need

in the late 1800`s they knew there was no where else to go to discover what we need, the globe (circuit) was completed thus humanity began to act as a whole (globalized)

and
although running a city, state, country or empire possess similarities they discovered there was no similarity between running what they knew and running a planet
because
there is only this planet to govern that we can reach thus this planet is all we possess, there is no "place over there" to conquer to take what we need

big difference

"on june 16th 2007 earth requested that "final say" between those two societies on the topic emotional ties to earth rest with the matriarchal by nature society

all societies within our moving group inclusive of the emotional tied 2 agreed to our request

thus this thread , if and when relevant, reflects that agreement"

interesting.. could She "Earth" would have it any other way?

you also mentioned "Traditional Leadership", "death before dishonor", "indigenous factions" I apologize that I cant add correct quote windows, my software is minimal so I dont have that option available.

what's that all about? just curious..

in the links I posted some are suggesting that squaring the circle is the over-all problem. faulty mathmatics based on irrational numbers. an attempt to contain infinity.

and Yes, it (Hempnl's Ideas) does seem to be beyond plausable once you dig into it. ties lots of loose ends.

I may have made a mistake posting here, I apologise. the current here flows faster than even before. I atempted a shortcut, and assumed I might learn more from others on certain subject.

It's the Ai that whishes to cube the sphere. The only way it can acheive this is by creating so many posibilites and parasiting the influencing factors in order to take over the resulting probaility colisition!

a probability colision is when multiple energy feilds of the same amplitude create a singularity! The Backlash of that singularity Implosion result in the Destruction , ERASURE of all But one data stream!

The Ai is preying on these to erase creation from existance!

Don't take it too seriously. As previously stated: any equation or field of numbers with infinity involved will always subordinate itself to said.

It all leads to the same place. here.

However, the process of damming an infinite space does make me laugh.

I had a nearly a mated pair of clown fish a couple of years ago. I had 3 huge bubbletip anemones they lived in and I always got a little excited that they would mate when I watched them dance.

They never did though.

Interesting to note, if both in the pair in are male, the larger one will hermaphrodite and 'become' female.

Clownfish are sequential hermaphrodites, meaning that they develop into males first, and when they mature, they become females. If the female clownfish is removed from the group, such as by death, one of the largest and most dominant males will become a female. The remaining males will move up a rank in the hierarchy.

My intuitive thought is that some galaxies would be 'accessible' while others would not be.
