What is the most accurate way of retrieving lost memories?
 Quoting: Septenary Man

Regression therapy I would assume.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 3999260

At some point I need to retrieve my memories of some of my experiences. Even if they are 'fake' memories, it might be better having the memories than no memories.

I struggle with this all the time, wondering what would be the best way to get the memories back.

I've thought about that. I even bought a book on it a few years ago.

I have gone through all this shit alone. It would be nice to not have to do it 'alone' at some point. I don't think that will ever happen for some reason, but it would be nice.

That meditation I mentioned earlier the tummo is very good at burning off blocks also, I attempted it for the first time today and had a reorientation happen in my being and have been feeling 'hotspots' on and off from different areas of my body since, has been about 4/5 hours since I came out of it and still just now felt it in lower right back, it is clearing out blocks, will do this as and when and see howit goes, is nice though, also seerstar, this is what the monk would not tell that he and bhudda boy were doing, they were competing to see who could shine brightest lol, imho.

No worries, it is said it burns all away.

"The psychic heat Drod is produced by the space particles and the heat manifested from the friction of the wind element. This is another fundamental element as it supports and gives power to the consciousness, like the power of the fire that can launch rockets to space. The power is called medrod or 'digestion fire' in medicine and Tummo in yoga tantra. The heat (fire) sustains life and protects the body/mind. The psychic fire increases the wisdom, burns the ignorant mind of the brain and gives realization and liberation from the darkness of unawareness. That is why yoga describes Tummo as the aggressive fire which ignites from below navel, pierces the chakras one by one and reaches the sky of the crown chakra. The tummo burning arrow married with the celestial bride leads to enjoy the life of transformation of samsara. They give birth to the son of awareness from the blissful garden of Vajrayogini.[12]"

Barely. Even after the intervening months, she did not want to talk to me, or about the experience. If I remember correctly, she was upstairs in bed reading, and her husband was downstairs watching TV. She had had visitations about 6 years prior at the time, but those earlier experiences didn't involve her hubby. (She never disclosed to me she was an abductee, only a researcher. That pissed me off. I would have never agreed to a session with her if I knew she was a contactee)

But, no details or anything. I remember her saying, "I thought it was all over by now. It had been 6 years since I was last abducted."

EDIT: Oh, and you know what they say about 'coincidences'.

Yeah...IDK.

It was one of a multitude of sensations. The sensations certainly didn't stop above my navel.

I spoke of the time I had the Kundalini serpent exit out of my third eye.

I physically felt it slide up my throat and out my 3rd eye, in an explosion which knocked me silly.

4/26/12

Pull the fire in the lower chakras up into the higher chakras.

Kundalini responds here and can be quite...unsettling at first. Again, pull this up until you feel it travel up your body, up your throat and out your third eye.

Knocked me silly the one time I managed to get it ALL the way up.

Not for the faint of heart or those not ready.
