Academy of Arcadia

The Academy of Arcadia or Academy of Arcadians (Italian official name: Pontificia Accademia degli Arcadi) was an Italian literary academy founded in Rome in 1690.

..............The Academy of Arcadia was so called because its principal intention was to reform the diction of Italian poetry, which the founders believed had become corrupt through over-indulgence in the ornamentation of the baroque style, under the inspiration of pastoral literature, the conventions of which imagined the life of shepherds, originally supposed to have lived in Arcadia in the golden age, divinely inspired in poetry by the Muses, Apollo, Hermes and Pan. The Academy chose as its emblem the pipe of Pan with its seven unequal reeds.............

Re: X Marks the Spot
Arcadia (utopia)

Arcadia refers to a vision of pastoralism and harmony with nature. The term is derived from the Greek province of the same name which dates to antiquity; the province's mountainous topography and sparse population of pastoralists later caused the word Arcadia to develop into a poetic byword for an idyllic vision of unspoiled wilderness. Arcadia is associated with bountiful natural splendor, harmony, and is often inhabited by shepherds. The concept also figures in Renaissance mythology. Commonly thought of as being in line with Utopian ideals, Arcadia differs from that tradition in that it is more often specifically regarded as unattainable. Furthermore, it is seen as a lost, Edenic form of life, contrasting to the progressive nature of Utopian desires.

The inhabitants were often regarded as having continued to live after the manner of the Golden Age, without the pride and avarice that corrupted other regions

Pope Francis to publish his first encyclical on Friday
july 1st 2013

Pope Francis will publish his first encyclical, Lumen Fidei (“The Light of Faith”), on Friday.

Benedict XVI drafted the encyclical before his retirement and Pope Francis has reworked and completed the draft.

The encyclical will focus on the subject of faith and its publication is one of the major events of the Year of Faith, which ends on November 24.

Hi FF -

I' ve been wanting to catch you to ask if that CC from last week was the first to have had a translation on, good call on the Norse! I have read about the detailed message that was sent and the reply...
Idk, but my heritage being Italian on my father's side and my maternal grandfather being Norwegian, I'm extra-enjoying the information, Ty.

Also, I have some ideas about the insect bites/red herring/defunct immune-response to MRSA & ERSA going on - probably made much worse by the corexit sprayed Gulf Leak -(wasnt that you?). Well, that's it, really, lol. But, how to combat it, the best I've found is GSE (grapefruit seed extract) - but it must be the brand Nutri-Biotic - they have a pattened extraction and the formula has been tested- lab results online. Idk if you know about that stuff but it's amazing. Topically, internally, and in a spray bottle for a safe cleaner- with a few drops of tea tree oil.. It is Extremely bitter though, so you'll probably need to pick up some capsules from the
health store.

hi Hi there Nicole :)

No it was not lol, rest assured tho, I think there will be more of those message type's to come this year. ( I have the celtic crease in both my forearm/elbow area and the long line of redheads and yes ancestral history, plus another bloodline I happen to come from ).

Here is an explanation that has been offered for today's so far

"latest slide and thoughts regarding the recent Italian crop circle - 'This crop picture describes the nuclear fusion of sulphur S-32 to potassium-41 in the presence of hot hydrogen-1 and deuterium-2. clearly the Italian scientists who study cold fusion should test this right away! currently they are fusing nickel with hot hydrogen to make excess electrical energy. the reaction is done in three steps, first by adding H-1 and D-2 to the central S-32, then by adding 6 more protons or neutrons later. a local field where this image appeared shows electricity power poles approaching a round "nucleus" in many steps of one (H-1) or two (D-2). and so the world was changed....'"

Apparently its for the scientist LOL goodnews

About the bites , they are all but almost healed up with a hole where the bite was. They look fine now tho. I ended up taking the antibiotic for 8 days as that was all my stomach could handle lol but yes, I used many natural things and increased some of my supplements to help the process.I did put tea tree oil and a few other things(garlic, tumeric, coconut oil, hemp oil,a little bit of cannabis dried) in a poultice over the bites.
I do believe that the spill and corexit in the environment have alot to do with immune system changes here on the coast, as well as messing up the ecological system) , I believe out water supply here is contaminated with it and no one is paying attention. The oil well in that area is still leaking too.
I will be moving soon enough from here tho , have plans and seems finances are coming to fruition so that I can make that major move.

Shiva, Parvati And The Bull

"Once lord shiva and his consort, Parvati, were travelling with their vehicle - the Bull. The Lord had taken the form of an old man, while, Parvatiji remained young and beautiful. On the road all passers-by looked on with amazement at this odd couple of an old man and a young woman.

On the way, Shiva said, ''Parvatiji, my dear, please sit and ride on the bull durig this journey.'' She obeyed and mounted the bull while Shiva walked alongside. The village folk and other strangers bitterly criticised, ''What a selfish woman! She is young and healthy and yet she chooses to comfortably ride while forcing the old man to walk.'' Shiva changed his mind. ''Parvatidevi, the people are mocking you. It is wiser that I sit and you walk.'' So saying, Shiva sat on the bull's back. Further along, other strangers came with sharper comments, ''O look at this mean, bully of a man. He's fat and robust, and evil too. He enjoys the ride while forcing this young and gentle lady to walk on foot.''

Hearing this both of them climbed the bull. At least, this would ward off the criticisms. But they were gravely mistaken and no sooner had they come to the next village, people sneered and jeered. ''Look at this nasty couple. Both of them have mercilessly climbed upon the bull. They'll kill the poor creature!''
Now there was only one option left. They dismounted and allowed the bull to walk freely. They accompanied it on either side. While they walked, they met new people with new bitterness. They laughed at them, shouting ''What foolishness! They have taken a bull as a vehicle and neither of them is using it.''

Straight away Shiva told Parvati, ''Come let us do what we think is right, and live the way we want to. The world will never appreciate or see what we do as correct.''
