Do you have access to herbal remedies? Butterbur/Petasites can be a life saver for various maladies including headaches/migraines. It might go under the name Petadolex also.

Did you try having someone pinch and release between your thumb and forefinger? Do a progressive pinch and half release continually on this area for both hands for a few minutes and breath the pain from your head into this area. You should find this area sensitive so lightly progressively press the knot out.

Hope this helps. Take care.

I have practiced this pressure point massage since early childhood. After hearing about it, from a 'playground teacher' in the 4th grade.

It never worked for me.

But I continued to try regardless.

I think part of the problem is how little credit is given to spiritual practices.

For example.... a room-mate of mine once began to rant about how she thought 'chakras didn't exist', with focus on the Third Eye.

I interjected by noting that I could feel my Third Eye pulsing right there and then.

She replied with 'it's probably an aneurysm'.

I ended the conversation with the obvious question:

"If you felt it, would you 'believe' in it?"

To which all in the room concluded: "Yes."

While I have felt Ida KundalinI energy for as long as I can remember, I only began to explore other aspects of spirituality about 1.5 years ago.

I remember when my Third Eye 'lit up' strongly for the first time.... Dec 3, 2012.

Control of it came later.... though by March it was coming to me fairly well.

Remember how I mentioned it would 'burn' at times?

I consider that to be a lack of control....

Cheers to you Dion.

You might also try press and release on various parts of your head. I find the back of the head/neck and all around the forehead/eye/eyebrow area and sides of the head around the ears to be helpful to press.

If the 'energy' is strong...it will often always pulse due to me purposely pulling it up in that direction, or it doing it on its own accord.

However, there are other 'times' like just before I go to sleep, where all will be 'quiet'...and just that will begin to pulse.

This being 'different' is the 'signal'.

Yes, it does.

It is sort of a dual-realization for me when it is a 'signal'.... I am usually already fascinated by whatever is causing it to 'light up', then I notice the 'signal' and the two reinforce each other.

It is different than the 'Copper Sun' I have sometimes mentioned, as well.... the 'Copper Sun' being a quick visual 'flash' that accompanies a realization of a similar 'go this way' feeling.

All right, let's see what we can dredge up today...

The Mystery of the Colour and the Shape

I am in complete darkness, falling freely.
Someone speaks: "I'll let you have one thing.
What is it you most desire? What is it that you need?
"

I speak: "Let there be LIGHT,"
And to me, light was given.
But I found it insufficient... too fleeting.

I begged for more.
I said... "Seeing the light is not good enough...
I need to be oriented... I need to feel it...
"

I was told, that if that is what I wanted,
That I should begin with...
A green blade....

"I understand," I cried out.
"But tell me, what after the green blade?
Where to go from there?
"

"Hmm....
Not yet

So if green blade is a shape,
What are the other two?
Perhaps there are more than two others?
