Thanks, all. I have experienced tingling. But this was the first time that the muscles in my forehead were actually jumping noticeably moving the skin.

Re: X Marks the Spot
Anybody ever had the center of their forehead involuntarily twitch in the presence of another? Like it was activated within the presence of another? I have had lower chakra experiences in and out of presence with others, but had never had an involuntary pulsing in the head like that. Is it still a part of the kundalini experience?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 7790243

I didn't know it was, hmmmscratching
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 27543704

Hence why I am asking. I did not know what to make of it at the time. Now I am wondering if it was a kundalini experience activated in the presence of another. Any research you find on a physical manifestation in the forehead region like that would be appreciated, Fancy.

I'll have time tomorrow to look into it. Bout to go out. I do have some theories, but I don't know if true and they are kind of silly. Has to do with unseen entities.1dunno1

I constantly have the wiggly forehead, and have always assumed it was the forging of new ways of thinking, new neuronal pathways being created.

I used to think it was something to do with anything not me, yet that tends to take on more of an electric field effect, hair raising on arms goosebumps etc... on me at least.

I believe.

Re: X Marks the Spot
a few nights ago, I spent all night dreaming of being on what appeared to be another world. It reminded me of DUNE. I was in a bathing suit sliding down sandy dunes with the sun shining, except the warmth of the sun felt perfect for being out in direct sun unlike earth. On earth you would feel too hot to be in a desert sand surfing, but I felt just right because I felt the glow of the sun directly on me, but I wasn't burning hot. It felt great on my skin.

The 'third eye' does both.

Pulling energy in through, is a different practice than the pulsing.

Pulsing often comes on its own.

To draw energy in through the 3rd eye, I have found requires focus, breath, and practice.

Morning everyone hf

Came across this, which reminded me of the laser post Aether posted and the 8 and kundalini...

Ordinary light is incoherent because it is omni-directional and the light waves are not in phase with one another so there is no structure to multiply energy. However,a laser produces intense light because it consists of coherent light waves that are aligned directionally and phased for support and reinforcement. Because of this, lasers can perform functions that at ordinary light cannot.

from 'the art of the genuine'
[link to www.wingmakers.com]

Coherence seems to be a theme for me at the moment, it reminds me of the kundalini experience, those moments where everything seems to line up energetically, like it all slots into place and then triggers. Is it love that triggers the coherence and creates the empathic connection?
