Re: X Marks the Spot
Is a dream at the moment, I am about 380, 000 short lol, but accumulation is quick if mind is set, plan is to be self sufficient, genny, solar etc, well, hobbies often if loved produce an income if you are good.

I guess it is gonna take at least 5 years to get what I want, 40 is not a bad age to start farming, the boys will be big and strong by then, I will get them working the fields and plowing the locals lol.
 Quoting: <<orbs>>

The local ladies in farm country, plow all on their own. Unlike the faerie princesses of urban life. IMO, 3 acres is more than enough to create seed cultivars and edibles and to raise fowl. Space costs time and money and fanning too many flames gets the arms tired.

A good green house and compost plan is worth it's weight in unobtainium.

Get to know the microcosm and big things are possible.
 Quoting: Dionysian Fullaflattus

Cheers big fella, don't you worry when the time comes I will ask advice :)

If you are reading a post and then hit 'quote', if the post has been edited in that time, it will show as the edit whether noticed or not. Not the original that was read before hitting the quote button.

Hope that makes sense. I missed whatever occurred. I was reading a different thread at the time.

The standard explanations which you read as to why purple and gold might ever have been viewed as royal colors are pretty lame. More believable is that purple and then gold had been the primary colors of the Earth and the heavens in two of the previous ages which preceded ours

Law of the land is important. I would stay under colonial juris diction, as you know the system. Bringing ones family into an unknown subset is a little on the wild side.

Anywhere Brittania laid it's flag and holds sway. You have the carribean, canada and a whole wmattering of islands. I like coastal africa, but its a wee tad wild for the kids.

Re: X Marks the Spot
According to Pope Francis, it doesn’t matter whether you are a heteros*xual or a homos*xual, a pro-lifer or pro-choicer, conservative or liberal or even a communist, because they all worship the same divine God and he loves them all.

This surprising statement from the Pope came during discussions at the Third Vatican Council, which has been going on for the last 6 months. The council was convened so that the church hierarchy could decide what to do about some old Catholic Church doctrines; whether to throw them out completely or change the rules in some way.

This most recent coming together of Cardinals and Bishops of the Catholic Church, which has been completed this week, is the first since the Second Vatican Council in 1962.

The Pope went on to say that today’s Catholic Church is very different from the church of the past and it has now been made into a “modern and reasonable religion” that accepts all kinds of people.

The 266th Bishop of Rome and head of millions of Catholics continued that even atheists can achieve salvation by doing good works or deeds. He added that the old belief in Hell where people suffer for eternity was a thing of the past and had been thrown out because it was not fitting with God’s everlasting love.

The 77-year-old Pope continued to say that “God is not a judge but a friend and a lover of humanity. God seeks not to condemn but only to embrace. Like the fable of Adam and Eve, we see hell as a literary device. Hell is merely a metaphor for the isolated soul, which like all souls ultimately will be united in love with God.”

I was speaking of 'wells' last night...In regard to 'Hell' and 'look up and seeing only your face..."

It's interesting you say this, as something someone said to me the other day has been cycling in my head.

He said, Hell is looking up and only seeing yourself...

My very first impression of said, was to be down in a well. As on gazes UP, the 'well' is filled with ones own mirrored fractilized face, gazing up and out forever.

It has troubled me since, and I am still trying to figure what to make of it.

Anyone who has experienced severe depression which turns into hopelessness, has experienced a form of 'Hell'. There are many other forms of Hell to experience as well which goes without saying.

It can often feel like 'being in a hole'. Which is often mentioned.

Hell is often seen as punishment. So my thinking in regard to said, was that the hole of Hell one finds themselves devoid of other within, is due their own choices.

Scary place to be. And the Hell is said to be eternal. Even scarier.

Ahh, okay.

Wanna hear something cute.

When out walking today my 6 year old said out of the blue, "dad I am going to meditate but do it for longer this time and get out if my body" I asked him to expand and he said he wanted to do it again like when we saw the lights together. Remember the one time I meditated with him and we saw the glowing multicoloured pyramid together, so about a year later he comes out with that.
