i am good thanks, you feel good to

Some things that have come to me over the years to consider in working with those that are "insulin challenged" as well as the areas of food quality and consumption.

Mineral Deficiency - specifically trace minerals involved in glucose utilization both as co-factor to insulin (chromium) or "teammate" in glucose utilization (vanadium) as theorized by some researchers. There are other minerals as well that impact glucose utilization and insulin production and efficiency.

Hybrid Foods - before GMO's mankind has been hybridizing foods for flavor and/or without seeds. These foods appear to have an effect on blood sugar levels/stability and also perhaps an increase in mucus production due to their "alteration." GMO foods may also follow in hybrid foods footsteps obviously.

Refined foods - certain foods are broken down to smaller components instituting a "flood" of matter into the body versus a sustained release of food substance. This "extra" perhaps results in over burdening the tissues, organs, and blood/lymph in the bodies ability to handle (absorb, utilize, deposit, store, eliminate, etc.) processing effectively.

Various foods (and their manner of consumption) both singly and in combination as well as certain states of being (diseased, stressed, anxious, etc.) result in "altered" environments (PH, particulate matter, resultant mucus, fluid levels, anti-oxidant levels, etc.)

Environment - The proper, clean environment (proper PH, anti-oxidation, mucus and other particulate material (blocking/crowding out) would appear to be necessaey to allow insulin to be dispersed thru the tissues and remain in the proper condition to do it's job effectively. The wrong PH, or too much matter in the way and the efficiency in which insulin does it job could go down.

Extra insulin could be released (more than necessary) to compensate for the altered PH, excess matter, lack of mineral co-factors, etc.

Inflammation of cell membranes due to "unnatural", "refined", "hybridized", "modified" foods eaten in a manner not conducive to proper digestion (food combining laws, proper mastication, order in which food is eaten, time eaten, position eaten, manner eaten (with drink, talking, in serene environment), amount, etc.)

Protection of cell membrane - cell membrane food - lecithin/phospholipid - protective effect potentially

No I have interest in Ukraine But we are taking about small part of Ukraine that Russia is trying to unite. Like an island off of Ukraine main land? Right? So not a huge problem as the country is already fallen apart on their own

Re: X Marks the Spot
lovely example of pinch effect/logos/altered state (velocity) time experience abduct

Now this is cool:

It started as a headache, but soon became much stranger. Simon Baker entered the bathroom to see if a warm shower could ease his pain. “I looked up at the shower head, and it was as if the water droplets had stopped in mid-air”, he says. “They came into hard focus rapidly, over the course of a few seconds”. Where you’d normally perceive the streams as more of a blur of movement, he could see each one hanging in front of him, distorted by the pressure of the air rushing past. The effect, he recalls, was very similar to the way the bullets travelled in the Matrix movies. “It was like a high-speed film, slowed down.”

The next day, Baker went to hospital, where doctors found that he had suffered an aneurysm. The experience was soon overshadowed by the more immediate threat to his health, but in a follow-up appointment, he happened to mention what happened to his neurologist, Fred Ovsiew at Northwestern University in Chicago, who was struck by the vivid descriptions. “He was a very bright guy, and very eloquent” says Ovsiew, who recently wrote about Baker in the journal NeuroCase. (Baker’s identity was anonymised, which is typical for such studies, so this is not his real name).

It’s easy to assume that time flows at the same rate for everybody, but experiences like Baker’s show that our continuous stream of consciousness is a fragile illusion, stitched together by the brain’s clever editing. By studying what happens during such extreme events, researchers are revealing how and why the brain plays these temporal tricks – and in some circumstances, they suggest, all of us can experience time warping.

yes
same as it ever was cos it works same as it ever did
it is what we do with it that we notice
it always works the same way
we vary the way we cause it to effect us because of the way we effect (cause) it to work (function)

that sort of stuff

Christian monasticism first appeared in the Eastern Roman Empire a few generations before Benedict of Nursia, in the Egyptian desert. Under the great inspiration of Saint Anthony the Great (251-356), ascetic monks led by Saint Pachomius (286-346) formed the first Christian monastic communities under what became known as an Abbot, from the Aramaic abba (father)

seems like over the next year or two we will
which means abba is included in disclosure
which is good
abba agrees to cooperate
on the above knowing the overview timetable is
now to 2118
and the 2013 to 2015 is placing all ingredients within what is to become
thus abba is in the "mix"

Re: X Marks the Spot
The Worldwide Web—A Common Thread

Shell gorgets were found in mounds of the prehistoric Mississippian culture, often still reposing on the chest of the wearer.

The spider is a recurrent theme on gorgets in mounds in Illinois, Missouri and Tennessee. The early anthropologist William Henry Holmes (1846-1933) observed that the above specimen is “drawn with considerable fidelity to nature and covers nearly the entire disk, the legs, mandibles, and abdomen reaching to the outer marginal line.” Its thorax is “placed in the center of the disk, and is represented by a circle; within this a cross has been engraved”. Apparently, the spider, the cross – which is “identical with forms found upon many other objects” – and other variable elements such as concentric rings and a ring of 24 triangular notches were “not a mere fanciful invention, but had some symbolic meaning.”

An initial hint is provided by the Cherokee myth of Kanane´ski Amai´yěhi (“Water Spider”), who “spun a thread from her body and wove it into a tusti bowl which she fastened on her back” and used to retrieve the first fire from “a hollow sycamore tree which grew on an island”. But this explanation hangs by a thread: spiders do not weave bowls or procure fire for the benefit of others. The myth must be part of a wider web of spider mythology which needs to be addressed as a whole.

Creation myths around the world feature an arachnid demiurge or cosmic spider webs. The natives of Kiribati (Micronesia) named the creator Na Areau te Moa-ni-bai (‘Sir Spider the First-of-Things’), who “sat alone in space as ‘a cloud that floats in nothingness’.” On Nauru, his cognate Areop eṅap was also identified as ‘the old spider’. A third Micronesian group, of the Ralik Chain of the Marshall Islands, relayed that the world with the plants and animals was created before a sea-gull ‘formed the dome of the sky while a spider weaves its web.’ Chiefs of the Pima (Arizona) “say that the earth was made by a certain Chiowotmahke, that is to say Earth-prophet. It appeared in the beginning like a spider’s web, stretching far and fragile across the nothingness that was.” And the Karen (Myanmar) alleged: “There was a spider in the sky, and he was able to pass to and fro between heaven and earth.”............

Rough sex can be equated to the global economic situation, the global military situation, the global social situation, .... and the global human condition as a whole.

you're fucked. excuse the expletive but it matches the situation.

The Last of the Light Brigade
~Rudyard KiplingThere were thirty million English who talked of England's might,There were twenty broken troopers who lacked a bed for the night. They had neither food nor money, they had neither service nor trade; They were only shiftless soldiers, the last of the Light Brigade. They felt that life was fleeting; they knew not that art was long,That though they were dying of famine, they lived in deathless song. They asked for a little money to keep the wolf from the door; And the thirty million English sent twenty pounds and four! They laid their heads together that were scarred and lined and grey;Keen were the Russian sabres, but want was keener than they; And an old Troop-Sergeant muttered, "Let us go to the man who writesThe things on Balaclava the kiddies at school recites."They went without bands or colours, a regiment ten-file strong,To look for the Master-singer who had crowned them all in his song; And, waiting his servant's order, by the garden gate they stayed,A desolate little cluster, the last of the Light Brigade. They strove to stand to attention, to straighten the toil-bowed back; They drilled on an empty stomach, the loose-knit files fell slack; With stooping of weary shoulders, in garments tattered and frayed,They shambled into his presence, the last of the Light Brigade. The old Troop-Sergeant was spokesman, and "Beggin' your pardon," he said,"You wrote o' the Light Brigade, sir. Here's all that isn't dead. An' it's all come true what you wrote, sir, regardin' the mouth of hell; For we're all of us nigh to the workhouse, an' we thought we'd call an' tell."No, thank you, we don't want food, sir; but couldn't you take an' writeA sort of 'to be continued' and 'see next page' o' the fight? We think that someone has blundered, an' couldn't you tell 'em how?You wrote we were heroes once, sir. Please, write we are starving now."The poor little army departed, limping and lean and forlorn. And the heart of the Master-singer grew hot with "the scorn of scorn."And he wrote for them wonderful verses that swept the land like flame,Till the fatted souls of the English were scourged with the thing called Shame. They sent a cheque to the felon that sprang from an Irish bog; They healed the spavined cab-horse; they housed the homeless dog;And they sent (you may call me a liar), when felon and beast were paid,A cheque, for enough to live on, to the last of the Light Brigade.*O thirty million English that babble of England's might,Behold there are twenty heroes who lack their food to-night;Our children's children are lisping to "honour the charge they made - "And we leave to the streets and the workhouse the charge of the Light Brigade
