I often wonder what would the world be like without alcohol?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1105272

Less fun.

tounge

I saw a documentary once where the women of a tribe would use their spit as part of the process in making alcohol for the men.

I remember being entirely disgusted but there was something about the pod they used which required chewing.

Either way...alcohol makes life more enjoyable.

Jesus turned water into wine according to the stories.

If God was against alcohol, I assume he would not have done as such.

:)
 Quoting: Seer777

Even the Gods it seems, enjoy beer...

Hence...

Like a wild ass screaming the winds howled
The darkness was total, there was no sun. . . .
As for Nintu the Great Mistress,
Her lips became encrusted with rime.
The great gods, the Annuna,
Stayed parched and famished
.
The goddess watched and wept . . . (Dalley 31-32)

The great mother goddess complains bitterly about Enlil and Anu's shortcomings as decision-makers, and she weeps for the dead humans who "clog the river like dragonflies."

Also, "she longed for beer."

Now it is the gods' turn to go hungry:

"like sheep, they could only fill their windpipes with bleating.
Thirsty as they were, their lips
Discharged only the rime of famine"
(Dalley 33).

After seven days and nights of rain, the flood subsides, and Atrahasis disembarks and offers a sacrifice. The hungry gods smell the fragrance and gather "like flies over the offering."

In a mutilated passage, the great goddess swears by the flies in her necklace that she will remember the flood.

It seems even the Gods enjoy a 'head change'.

Me too. I'm vehemently anti-death penalty (unless there's stone-cold proof, lol)... unless you're talking about someone fucking with the food of others, lol. It's funny what riles us beyond all comprehension. But that's trust. I love to cook and share, doing something like that... wrong, just wrong, lol. Like I said, a trust thing, hospitality. I can't be rude to someone in my home, unless it's Trey... and he knows I'm just messing with him (not his food, lol).

that is a plasmoid going into the volcano, volcanoes are electrical in nature and magma is in a plasma state
they will enter a volcano in the same way they enter our sun, it is a natural habitat for them but it is not often we observe them going into volcanoes, normally they hover around them in their more common orb shape

the other video seer showed of a similar cigar shaped object possessed a structure that looked less organic in design than a plasmoid

los almos displays a volcano but discusses earthquakes

The gases, solids, and liquids illustrated above can be brought back into a plasma state, from which they derived, by the application of intense energies, such as meteorite impacts, earthquakes, or nuclear explosions
 Quoting: Los Alamos

[link to plasmauniverse.info]

Cigar-shaped UFO's - Plasma "pinches" in the sky?

The subject of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFO's) may initially create knee-jerk reactions in people as soon as the subject is brought up. And such a reaction may well be understandable. Much of the discourse on the subject that can be found on the internet seems to be associated with theories about extra-terrestials, or secret and nefarious governmental technologies. When people observe strange mobile phenomena in the skies, strange lights and unusual morphologies - they often start to reach conclusions about aliens or conspiracy theories. Skeptics, however, do approach these phenomena with a more careful and scientific mind. Indeed, a large majority of UFO reports have turned out to be fully explainable via mundane natural or manmade phenomena. Some of course, are blatant hoaxes. Other sightings, however, remain mysterious and unresolved. These more credible sightings are considerably harder to find and research
 Quoting: observation

[link to hozturner.blogspot.co.uk]

the question to ask is why are we globally experiencing this phenomenon increasingly in our lower earths atmosphere tounge

and

Now all you need to do is explain why some UFO's can change shape, size, color, speed and direction seemingly at will, why some UFO's seem to react to humans, and why some humans seem to be psychologically affected by UFOs, i.e., by hallucinations, transcendental experiences, etc. And while you're about it, come up with a universally accepted explanation of consciousness. plasmoids visible existence forces our belief leadership to alter their beliefs in all things including, the nature of god
and
as our environment alters and plasmoids become visibly more interactive with humanities daily life there are two fundamentals our belief leadership is grappling with

plamoids fulfill the criteria of self aware intelligence
but
the nature of their habitat and lifestyle forces our belief leadership to accept that for plasmoids to exist as observed and experienced by us, our environment it`self must be self aware intelligence
there is no other explanation

when plasmoids where mostly confined to outer space (beyond our magnetosphere) their reality was kept a secret because no answer for their existence was available within our traditional beliefs

secrecy is no longer an option

the second fundamental is "organic craft replicate plasmoid characteristics and we have only recently discovered how and why "organic" craft function , so our belief leadership finds it`self in an odd position
they hoped to have possessed "organic" craft capability without changing our beliefs, by keeping the technology secret
but
our environment changed and continues to do so and plasmoids are arriving on mass, forcing people to notice their changing environment and question traditional beliefs

so the timetable for our belief leadership to become peaceful with a new to them reality is no longer of their own design
it is dictated by our environment hence the rapid change is cosmology and science in general , a change that has only just begun

A report in The Daily Telegraph newspaper (widely read in Britain):-
 Quoting: observation

..............An inquiry, Project Condign, was eventually launched in 1996, apparently without the knowledge of then defence secretary Michael Portillo. It was completed in 2000 under Geoff Hoon.

The report found: "That (UFOs) exist is indisputable. Credited with the ability to hover, land, take-off, accelerate to exceptional velocities and vanish, they can reportedly alter their direction of flight suddenly and clearly can exhibit aerodynamic characteristics well beyond those of any known aircraft of missile – either manned or unmanned."

It went on that, although they existed, UFOs presented no threat to defence.

It found that many sightings of UFOs were in fact "plasmas" of gas caused by charges of electricity in the atmosphere.

The author even suggested that exposure to plasmas could cause responses in parts of the brain that lead to elaborate hallucinations that might be interpreted as supernatural experiences of encounters with aliens.

The inquiry examined seven "near misses" involving RAF aircraft and "unexplained aerial phenomenon".

The unnamed author concluded that "the possibility exists that a fatal accident might have occurred in the past" as a result of aircrew avoiding a UFO.

The study recommended that pilots should make "no attempt. to out manoeuvre a UAP during interception".

"Britain's Roswell".............

the media wants you to think everything is from this little old meteor shower oh look pretty lights...

do meteor showers cause explosions?
sure if something big comes down then goes boom
do they make houses shake windows break?
do meteor showers pop in and show them self (one giant fireball) then go away? no it would come in at an angle and fall to the ground...

update:

Just remember though - the 'voltage barrier' is a barrier only for positive charges. It has no effect on uncharged particles no matter what their mass or velocities are. ...
 Quoting: observation

That is, a voltage will have one effect on positive charges (they feel a force in one direction), another effect on negative charges (they feel a force in the opposite direction), and NO effect on neutral charges (a billion positive charges feel a force one way, a billion negative charges feel a force the opposite way and the 'net' force sums to '0'?). So, if Voyager is net neutral (equal numbers of positive and negative charges, all told), it wouldn't feel a net force from the hypothetical electron shell / voltage barrier, thus while +ions may be stopped dead, or electrons accelerated, Voyager continues on its merry way none the wiser? So, maybe that tells us that Voyager's net charge, if any, is relatively minor? Enough to perhaps account for some tiny deceleration (anomalous negative acceleration toward Sun, vis a vis "Pioneer anomaly"
[link to www.holoscience.com] but not much more...
 Quoting: observation

Very interesting

One trouble I have with this and some discussion is that the plot shown of Voyager 1 data is particles greater than 500 keV / nucleon. This is not solar wind, these are cosmic rays. Solar wind has closer to 1keV/nucleon. Hardly "low-energy particles, which probably originated from the sun."..

Was Voyager properly degaussed, prior to launch? If not, a dipole moment could affect its motion through space.

Stray fields are kept to a minimum to help the magnetometer but there's always something. The RTG still generates 100W or so of power. However I imagine spacecraft charging would have a stronger effect on the motion. We don't know their motion through space as well as spinners like Pioneers or Galileo probes. [link to www.thunderbolts.info]

Read this last week or so:

In the Teachings of Silvanus

Understand that you have come into being from three races: From the earth, from the formed, and from the created. The body came into being from the earth with an earthly substance, but the formed, for the sake of the soul, came into being from the thought of the divine. The created, however, is the mind that came into being according to the image of God.

The interesting part was in the index or whatever you call that in the bottom of the page....

says the formed is Plasma...reflecting the verb eplasen in Genesis 2:7

cool link with info on hair and the brain

There are two distinctly different parts of the human brain. They are so different that Yogi Bhajan simply says that we have two brains. The back brain lives on the cerebral spinal fluid, which travels up the spine. However, the energy for the front portion of the brain is drawn from the hair. Hairs are the antennas that gather and channel the sun energy or prana to these frontal lobes, the part of the brain you use for meditation and visualization.[iii]<!--[endif]--> During meditation, these antennas “make it easier to hear the sound current (Naad), through which you can open the solar center on your crown more easily. The experience of awakening your perception to the infinite there is similar to the sound of the gong. As we become more aware of the vastness and oneness of the universe through this ‘tenth gate’ we gain humility and a feeling of wholeness

If we wear our long hair down, the antennas of the hair are allowed to scatter.[v]<!--[endif]--> They rub against each other and by doing so, take away the electric charge from the working brain. [vi]<!--[endif]--> Scattered loose, the hair can also get split ends and their ability to act as antennas is damaged. If you get split ends, instead of trimming them and losing your antennas, Yogi Bhajan recommends applying almond oil to your hair overnight so that it can be absorbed before you wash it the next morning. Be sure to either cover your head or put a towel on your pillow to protect your bedding. Then keep it coiled on your crown and protected with a head covering during the day to help your antennas heal
