You ever had an intuitive sense so strong you acted on it in earnest, only to later feel like a dork because of the backlash from it, and then only to find out LATER you were right all along?

Yes.

When one of my friends died in a car accident I had 'dreamed' of the night before. I was repeatedly discouraged from contacting him by another.

I spent hours deciding whether or not to message him. I hadn't talked to him in years.

I decided not, and 24hrs later he was dead. In car accident.

Orbs, will you explain the tax thing? Is he wearing stripes?

Also, this is what I'm thinking about your problem with Seer. I think you are seeing her through foggy glasses which the fog is your own perceptions because you associate her with your past traumas during the iv period.
 Quoting: Fancypantz

I am also curious regarding the 'tax thing' and I am also wondering if he has been arrested.

How one can not get to the Internet in this day and age, is inconceivable to me. Aether did little but praise the Web and its potential.

The sudden shunning without explanation is troubling.

Anyway, I have like 300 rings to pound. That is how I afforded the patio. And the fence. It's July. One of our busiest times of the year.
 Quoting: Seer777

Orbs,

Please don't, this is getting ridiculous.

That's not information that should be 'privy' to a third party, let alone on a public forum.

As is most of what has been shared here, the last week or so....
 Quoting: CommonAnomoly

You're right that wasn't a good question and a bad joke about stripes

Re: X Marks the Spot
I've seen you retell that story here many times, that whole self-punishment thing comes up again after you do too...you go into this weird emotional spiral recalling it, like you're reliving all the misery you felt after the event like it just happened again...and again...and again...

That's a chosen behavior...
My point in asking the question, is more to point out how we either choose to utilize those experiences to punish ourselves over something we had no control of, or we choose to reflect and educate ourselves on what's being communicated leading up to such an "event" to maybe change a future ability to make a difference in outcome by ability take action.

Indeed.

 Quoting: ArunaLuna

I told you why I didn't. I certainly didn't need to feel any worse at the time of their sending and the last one I read, did just that. I still have your last one. I deleted the other before reading it. So I no longer have access to that one.

When I am in the proper state, I will read the last one and respond.

Is that fair?

I also felt you would pick up on the feel of having 'mail' go unanswered. Annoying and frustrating isn't it?

It wasn't, because I know you use that kind of thing to create a disturbance in another person, you've remarked on that before, Seer777, your tactics are in question, I'm not calling you out as a bad person, but you know how to inflict irritation in other people and I see you do it consciously and ON PURPOSE, that is the behavior I pointed out to you in that pm that seems to have disturbed you so much, and if you don't like me communicating my perseption of you TO you directly, then don't engage this thread with your tactics anymore.

Simple as that.

Interesting. Mistakes keep coming up. Last night it was a mistake I made at work which my coworker said "this is the best mistake you ever made" and the outcome was pretty good.

Then just heard on a show "there are no mistakes, great paintings often come out of mistakes"

There was more but this is the gist.

It was all down hill from here.

Anyone else think Summertime rain is really nice? Been raining here for 2 days.

Bet the fields like it too.

Free water.

:theripples:
 Quoting: Seer777

Yerp, i put a metal roof over my back porch so i can open the french doors when it rains and let the sound in with the breeze.
 Quoting: K.I.A.

That sounds nice. Ours is plastic. The roof over the porch that is.

We spent 3 days on this porch. Potting flowers, herb garden. Window box. In between that, making jewelry and checking my e-mail incessantly.

I have tried my damnedest to distract myself.
 Quoting: Seer777

Yeah we get hail here. No plastic. I filled ours full of hanging plants and made a little herb garden out of a pallet i hung on the brick outside.

I saw a hanging strawberry garden somewhere online i am going to try and replicate next year i think/.

Rely on self, then the only one that can hurt you is yourself.
Expectations and assumptions of obligatory niceties have caused you how much pain recently,Seer? Cutting the cord briefly is a great tool of learning. Sounds like you got too comfortable in the routine.

I just know you love when others give you advice, lol.

You're so ' strong' you don't need anyone's advice. Thought you had it all figured out. Then you're Rug of Super Comfort Zone was yanked out from under and you get yet another taste of the abyss.

Amazing how such a small insignificant, petty thing can upset you so much.

I told you not too worry, but you felt yourself so close to someone that you deserved a heads up that he was going incommunicado. And you refused to believe and would rather believe something awful happened rather than the simple, small, insignificant thought that he may not have done something that you feel like you deserved.

Take it as a learning experience.

This is what I know. I know that since October of 2013 aether has been giving me every detail of his plan.

20-30 +/-10, PM's every day. Telling me what he was eating, thinking, feeling, going, doing, etc..

Then they suddenly stopped without warning when said plans seems to finally 'take flight'. No pun intended.

A warning from aether that he would be 'offline' for a week or longer, is all I would have needed. Not from James. Not from Luna. Not from Sept.

Aether. That is who I want to hear from.

Why I haven't, I am still postulating. As are all of you.

Now it's waiting game.

The world waits on you, aether.
