Since we are on page 666, I'm going to tell you guys of a strange/spooky reoccurring event.

This happens about 2 or 3 times a week. It used to happen about once a month, but has drastically increased in frequency.

My wife and I go to bed around 10pm. All lights in our bedroom are shut off.

I wake up many, many times through the night. Always have. Well, I used to have very bad insomnia. Now, I can sleep, but I tend to wake up about 10 times throughout the night. Sometimes more, sometimes less, of course. I am a VERY restless sleeper.

Anyway, as I wake up through the night, sometimes the bedroom overhead light is turned on. No explanation. Neither my wife or I sleep walk, and even if we did, we have our dogs in bed with us, and if either one of us got up, the dogs wake up and move around in the bed, waking up the other person.

I can't explain it, but it is happening so much now, it is crazy. So, I'll wake up and notice that the light is on, wtf? Go shut it off. Sometimes it will happen more than one time in a night.

it`s negotiations now sapt and the dept that did have the final say . cern, was allowed to go all the way into the box it arrived in thus, by it`s own expression, lost authority with it`s peers. still possess major clout but nothing like it did prior to late 2011
as you see from the thread the laser/light departments have already taken over in the usa and are authorized to do so in the europe.
