My granny is going through dementia now. She used to never eat out of aluminum cans because she was afraid it led to alzheimers. I am not close to him at this point in my life,( but have forgiven him of things) but he was an alcoholic. As for aluminum it does contribute to alzhiemers, if you watch some of Dan winters lectures he tells you that Aluminum will literally suck the life and electricity out of food . Not a good metal to have around food or the body :( also Watch a documentary Called "Sweet Misery " on artificial sweeteners will be a huge eye opener .. not good for the brain at all [link to topdocumentaryfilms.com] I think there is mercury in high fructose corn syrup, which I'm trying now to stay away from. Its hard, its like in everything! arg! |
