One is predicated on other as form gives housing to action.

Re: X Marks the Spot
An X-2 class solar flare recently missed a direct impact with Earth.

Heliophysicists classify solar flares according to their brightness in X-ray wavelengths. C-class flares are the smallest on the scale, with X-ray measurements in the 10^-6 watts per square meter range (W/m^2), while X-class flares can exceed 10^-4 W/m^2. Why is that important?

An X-2 solar flare has enough energy to overload satellite circuits and disrupt other forms of communication should its full force be directed at Earth.

Modern astronomers believe that solar flares, or coronal mass ejections (CME), occur when magnetic reconnection events in the Sun’s atmosphere cause a short circuit in magnetic field lines. According to one theory, “magnetic energy” then accelerates the superheated gases into space. Although no one knows what “magnetic reconnection” is, it is the only explanation offered................

Earlier...this song came on Pandora...

I thought about posting it but got distracted.

What seemed like much later, I was finishing a post and I realized the same song was on.

I thought...no way, this must have played twice. However, the time between could not have been more than 30 minutes or so which Pandora is pretty good about not doing.

Or...it could have been the very same instance.

It completely threw me, and I sat there trying to figure out if it was being played for a second time or if it was still the first.

I was able to settle on neither.

The theme of the song being quite ironic.

Thread: Possible MASS SHOOTING in OREGON!

sad
 Quoting: Seer777

So, on my way to work, I pass by a row of four beautiful old trees. I look for their shade in summer. I treasure the red gold leaves they send spiraling down in autumn.

Tuesday morning, work had begun to bring them down. By three of the trees, naked limbs were stacked like firewood around the massive central trunks. Only the tree on the corner still carried its golden crown. It tore my heart.

Why? A few branches fell during the last storm, maybe. Someone was afraid for their property, maybe. They were breaking up the sidewalk and threatening the power lines, maybe.

I laid my right hand flat up against the trunk of each tree in passing. “Thank you,” I said. “I’m sorry - it will be okay.”

Tuesday afternoon , I came home from work and turned on the radio. There was a live news feed from a shooting incident north of here. Facts were unclear about how many shots were fired; they thought at least one person was killed.

I said to myself, three were killed; one survives. Because of the trees. Because the anguish of the trees communicated chemically through the underground network of roots that links all trees and reached a basement in Portland.

Mirror, mirror…

Lovely aether.

I am thinking perhaps the 'Tree' comes before the flower, due to the flower becoming the fruit which then returns to the seed.

Seed(potential)--->Tree(Plant/Path/Growth)--->Flower(BlossomingMaturation)--->Fruit(successful completions of Circle of Life, plus...delicious fruit.)

 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17984635

"Before we can begin to look at ways to increase sexual energy, we must first look at the ways we lose sexual energy. A woman loses Ching every time she has her period. A man loses his Ching every time he ejaculates.

To conserve Ching, a man must decrease (not eliminate) the amount of times he ejaculates and a woman's needs to decrease (not eliminate) her menstrual flow.

"Some texts on Taoist sexology state that a woman needs to limit her orgasms to conserve her Ching. This perspective comes from a male centered philosophy that has mistakenly treated a woman’s restoration the same way as a man’s. Nothing could be further from the truth. Females Taoists know that orgasms do not deplete a woman's Ching. Rather, by using certain techniques, she can make full use of it's energy to benefit her health and well-being.

Conservation of sexual energy is only one part of the equation. For full physical restoration and revitalization a person needs to do more than just conserve his/her Ching. One must also practice methods to build and cultivate it. The techniques for doing are different for men and women."

I like this explanation much better.

Thanks for the link.

:)
 Quoting: Seer777

i read a couple pages back where a poster talks of a challenge to another pertaining to harnessing sexual energy. and I read your post above seer about Ching. Well, my partner and I tried this in agreement...he left this morning cheery and a smile. Me, it made me start my menstrual flow of which I had just completed less than two weeks agohuffy
