noticing adrenaline increase is negotiation/thinking of and interacting with the topic/cause of the adrenaline increase

not noticing adrenaline increase is doing something (action) "without thought" in reaction to cause/topic of the adrenaline increase

When one experiences an adrenaline rush, one first is 'in the moment'. There is a period of time when one is 'doing something "without thought" in reaction to the cause. When the action is completed, one then notices or becomes aware the adrenaline increase.

It is the time period before when one is acting with the 'force' of the adrenaline rush that interests me.

Love you too seerstar.

She got put in a hospice some months back and was given days to live. She discharged herself and went home, partying with those she wished to surround herself with :) enjoying herself as much as she could, ha she was tiny but full of fire.

I tried my best to help her but you can only take a horse to water, to get it to drink is another matter, she would say I am compairing her to a horse lol.

She is at peace now, it has been shown to me, those she needed came and she is in their embrace.

I have not even begun to repaire my laptop and it has all my links so I don't have access to anything right now, as soon as I do I will mail you and we can have a little dance, I hope everyone has had a nice time over the holidays, I have enjoyed this year more than most, I look at things with new eyes in comparison to other years and it is all so much sweeter now.

Last night I went for a few beers with some friends after I had put the kids to bed and the mrs went to sleep, I noticed something I have always done but have not been fully in control of, the channeling of information to those around me, subject of info irrelevant but genrally connected to one or two within whatever group connection made and via me clarification of subject achieved ha that was a mouthfull anyway I when I try to can't seem to be able to at will pull these tools out to use, then last night as I was presenting the group with information I realised I can't just pull it up because its not mine, it is a service and comes and goes when it pleases and when needed, but not particularly when wanted.

I lost transmission of information mid sentance and was myself just an observer of myself relating the information to the group, I tried to then grab it to continue and that is when I realised it was gone for the night, I instinctively knew it would not return I had no choice on the matter no matter how I tried.

Funny how this all works and we all need to learn our own language almost.

I noticed it twice during the drive. Once earlier when I slipped a little on a patch of ice and had to focus on negotiating the wheel to correct my course back in the lane while taking my foot off the pedal. Afterwords, I noticed a flush associated with adrenaline.

About an hour later, the car sideswiped me. Again, when I was performing the 'act', there was no bodily sensation of a 'rush'. Only after the act was performed and my 'state of alarm' returned to normal did I become aware of the 'rush'.

Obviously I've had adrenaline rushes before. Some overwhelming.

These two that occurred yesterday seemed to be about 15% of full rush strength.

Actually, the first seemed about 20% and the second about 10%.

Cheers ss.

On the topic at hand the other day my pal was hiding behind a door and jumped out to scare me as I entered a room, he was to my left and out of my field of vision, I sensed the movement behind my left side I instinctively without thought reached out with my left hand and hit him in the face I am right handed, anyway I stopped the blow containing force as no danger was percieved but I too am a fast twitch person, when I used to be a personal trainer we would categorise client as fast or slow twitch based on The reactional reflexive speed.

After I slowed the blow I then felt the rush and my heart was racing time began to 'tick' again.

That moment were I raised my arm to his face I had made many choices in under a second, I recall the inner dialogue and to me it seemed normal speed but to zoom out we would see that in those moments humans are capable of thinking acting reacting in nano seconds, we're amazing.

Yes...you 'changed speed' to a state of 'heightened awareness'.

In this state the normal 'inner dialogue' based way of thinking is suspended. Direct ideas are used to make quick decisions to guide the body more efficiently.

Cheers ss.

What's interesting to me is that moment of changing speeds. The adrenaline is just hitting you, but you have 'changed speeds' and most of your focus is on communicating with your body....attention is pulled away from other places. Most of the awareness and attention of all your senses are channeled to your movement and the nature of the threat you perceive.

It's like Johnny Manziel in the pocket. He is probably not talking to himself about the situation.

He is probably perceiving complete ideas to make a quick decision to make a cut and half spin; become aware that the he lost the grip on the ball; swipe the ball out of mid air; continue spin; accelerate to the left side of the field; find Swope wide open in the endzone; make a quick half turn twisting his upper body while slowing from running full speed; throw; etc.

I believe that the adrenaline rush makes 'changing speeds' more noticeable and adds other affects.

I believe that there are ways to 'change speeds' without adrenaline. With the athlete example, we see that there are rituals associated with the game that the players go through. They get 'psyched up' before the game. They get nervous. They play in front of tens of thousands of spectators.

But then again, they also practice. And in practicing, they are more focused and attuned to being in that 'game' state of mind.

For others, 'changing speeds' can be more abrupt. The gateway to the awareness of the heightened states can be found through meditation and inner silence.

Re: X Marks the Spot
That is strange because I see a single large star surrounded by very few other small objects, i.e. planets. do not equate so called globular star clusters with actual stars, they do not emit light, merely reflect it.
[link to www.spacetelescope.org]
[link to news.sciencemag.org]
Notice how the two background stars look in comparison to supposedly millions in the cluster and tell me the light is the same, and the single star in the 2nd image.
Even in the picture they provide you see the large single source which must still be millions of those same objects seeming to orbit them, size does not allow this by the size of those other objects.
[link to www.obspm.fr]
Some merely forground objects, faint and out of focus compared to the few solid ones, unless you believe millions of stars compared to the sizes of the nearby ones orbit in that single larger light source whos edges are not fuzzy as it would be if composed of millions of smaller discs?
Again, what you are being told is to uphold a theory not based on any visual evidence, it all points to the contrary. 2+2=5 again.
Notice how they also ignore the large center source and draw your focus instead to a position completely off center, G170. Even G177 isn't the center, it is the large single light source. Funny how they can resolve those clusters into all those so called stars, but not that center source that has never been resolved to anything other than a single source.
What must the sizes of those objects in the first picture be if the small boxes are enlarged areas of G170 and 177 and they show stars and not planetoids and dust condensing into planets?

Yes...it does open things up doesn't it? As did the image I was attempting to project it upon.

You will notice I do not post vids of woman in sexually provocative poses like the one above.

It reminds me too much of the 'Have you F***ed your Androgynous Angel today?' thread.

Which at the time I found highly inappropriate. But like most things, its a matter of opinion.

I know how and why I post the images I do. I am sorry if it upsets you.
