I had a good time last night. My niece was delightful demanding my attention often.

While sitting around the table for dinner she decided by her own volition to forgo the prime rib...like myself. Although, I had not really called attention to it. It is just known I do not eat meat.

I found the situation a bit uncomfortable and endearing. As she was attempting to emulate me.

She then told me she was going to be a 'half vegetarian'.

I told her, if she decided to change her eating habits, to start with pork.

i have yet to alter my diet completely
it does not contain much meat but it is generally all over the place
events awaiting to happen are going to prompt my diet becoming meat free very soon
i will not miss meat

now when i see the word pork i flash/see pigs in water

i am amazed that was not censored

Well...the switch was effortless for me, as I have mentioned in the past.

As far as the desire for animal flesh.


The severity of loss of appetite however, was not effortless.

Well, it is still a struggle.

I managed to gain 1.5lbs back last week from an all-time low.





It comes in cycles. When the energies are really high, the need to eat disappears.

When they are low, like they are now...the need to eat returns.

Perhaps that is why it is done that way. I don't know.

Yes...the snap back. I think some of the 'spiritual air' was sucked out of the world after the non-eventful passing of the Mayan Doomsday or ascension, depending on what one chose to believe.


Personally, I found the day of note only regarding other people. And was happy to see it pass without incident.

However, I believe some feel betrayed by the buildup and are either looking for something to blame, and/or are a bit depressed.


The ripple feels like it is being jostled as people reach for something, anything which will give them meaning or clarity.

Perhaps unaware, that it is found within.
