no one is a bad guy really
beliefs
if you believe what you believe tradition tells you die holding your belief (honor/faith)
so within tradition a huge volume of self inflicted suffering accompanies environment alteration because belief/faith resists until death
 Quoting: aether

Yes, that is why I said "I hate to say this". It is the rejection of ideas because they do not fit belief. Just strange for me to think people think like that.
 Quoting: Septenary Man

well as you may know
the higher society places you in responsibility of societies well being the harder it is to ever want to face what we say on this thread
if fact the added responsibility makes dieing for honor/faith almost mandatory
it is you job to be so

in fact it is only the scale of the topic, everything is affected that "we" are talking to them and they listen

no other reason would prompt anyone in authority to listen and we not would not attempt to talk
would be pointless
the only reason we are listened to is because we appear to be correct on issues they have no answer for and those issues are of a scale that forces them to listen
they don`t want to listen
they feel they have no option
does not mean they will act in similar fashion to what they are listening to
who knows
it is human condition and we have entered the dimension of not altering anything
the synergy dimension
so it is free will from here on in and we go with the flow

Reminds me of an upanishad where a traveling monk had met a couple disciples proclaiming the glory of their deity.

To which the monk responded by climbing a tree baring his arse to the sky and breaking wind (farting to the neophytes).

You know, thinking on it more, there truly is no one to blame. I am viewing it from a state of hindsight is 20/20. Saying something like 'serves them right', is kind of based on the 'ego' of that hindsight.

Everyone is following their own path of clues and conclusions.

It kind of really bothers me I said that. It wholly reminds me of all the posters on GLP that generalize groups and factions and clump them all together and say negative things about them.

hmm

Lesson learned.

good morning.

Is it Don Chewbacca's birthday?
The engravings translate to "This space intentionally left blank."

The prayer is inscribed in an ancient script, rarely used today. It seems to be a philippic against small insects, absent-mindedness, and the picking up and dropping of small objects.

The gate is open; through it you can see a desolation, with a pile of mangled bodies in one corner. Thousands of voices, lamenting some hideous fate, can be heard.
The way through the gate is barred by evil spirits, who jeer at your attempts to pass.
