Throat (Adam's apple) feeling
Quoting: just a dude While I do not have an Adam's apple being female, I would like note how often I have energetic sensation of the throat chakra. It is very strong and often feels like a butterfly flapping in my throat. Does anyone else experience this on a regular basis? And if yes, how capable are you at moving the energy up or down to the heart and third eye?  my throat is my most sensitive/talkative of singular sense :) I was hoping some would resonate with this post and perhaps share their own experiences with Energy. Beyond the floating and spinning...but actual manipulation if you will, of said energy and being able to move it through Will alone. I guess I am just wondering how many of you experience IT like I do...  Notice in this image the different forms of sensational energy for each chakra. The 'blue dots' for the throat indicating the popping or fluttering feeling perhaps. A little like bubbles in soda.
